Ordered a Mystery AED on Feb 25
Ordered a Mystery AED on Feb 25, understood it would be slightly delayed as the site said anything ordered that week would have a slight processing delay (same msg is on the site weeks later). Called on March 6th to ask how long the delay would be as I still hadn’t got an email, I was told it was due to be shipped Monday (9th) on Wednesday (11th) I called back and was told it was expedited and due to be shipped that day, it still has not been shipped and I do not appreciate being lied to twice. Thank goodness I went with just the mystery AED first as I was reluctant to spend thousands on a site I had never heard of before and wanted to make sure I actually received the items I’d be purchasing.

I called for assistance with what I thought was a battery problem with my AED and customer service was able to troubleshoot and tell me exactly was wrong.

The AED arrived on time and in exvellent condition. This was shipped to Kansas to keep at home on stand by for my daughter that has possibly Adams-Stokes syndrome.

Fast shipping and Tyler was fantastic!
Tyler was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to learn about our church before guiding us. I was told there may be a delay in our order which was fine, but I got everything 3 days after signing my contract. If that is their delay they have our business!
