I am so glad I did the allergy testing. I was allergic to 40 foods and many I was consuming weekly. The testing is very detailed and provides results for many different things. This will help me so much in making decisions about food and other products

Great Customer service. They followed up with me a few times to let me know the status of the pending results and delivered the test result through email. I am just getting started but it seems to be pretty accurate because some of the foods they list for me to avoid are foods i typically have poor reactions too. It was not too expensive so we shall see if i have good results from following the instructions.

The only reason not 5 stars was how long the results took. Overall I learned so much about what I shouldn’t be eating, coming from someone who is trying to learn as much as possible about their health, I did this to find out how foods would effect me. I did get a lot of great information.

It was very interesting to find the things I should avoid! Things I’d never imagined I would need do avoid. Its a great product for the price too

I am going to try cutting out some of the foods that they recommend but I honestly am not sure how accurate the test is. It said I’m not lactose intolerant, which I am, and that salmon doesn’t agree with me, which I’ve never had issues with. There were just things that don’t make sense. I’m not sure how much I trust it.

They were constantly keeping me up to date on the status of my test, I got my results and could quickly see what was the potential reason for my inflammation. I knew I had food allergies and tried to eliminate some of the necessary culprits, but this gave me definite answers! So excited to see how my gut health improves

Due to high demand of test I got my results slower than expected. I have a lot of elimination I get to encounter but hoping for good results at the end.

From what I received it was a very thorough test. I got the 1000 one. It is very well done. Not so easy to read some of the information. Definitely a good value for the money and would recommend.

Good to get some in-site on what is not good for your body and what you are not allergic to in some way. Then you can feel better and see the results
