I’ve struggled with digestive issues and food sensitivities for over 12 years. Some things I had figured out through elimination diet. But once you’ve eliminated a lot of things there’s nothing left you want to eat. This helped me pinpoint exactly what I can and can’t have and it seems like it opened up a lot of new foods I actually can eat. I was amazed by the number of things I could eat. And the knowledge of what vitamins I’m deficient in will help me target supplementation and new foods. I have been really following the guidelines of what I can eat and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend this test to anyone struggling with gut issues.

I am shocked by how many foods i thought were good for me and they were hurting me. I have been struggling with IBS for years. I really hope if I remove these foods, that I feel better.

The test was easy. Instructions were clear. Results were very detailed. It included things I never dreamed of.

My AFIL experience has been lovely. The results confirmed some of what I knew and shocked me regarding foods that I love but my body doesn’t. That was the most unfortunate part, but now I know what was causing some of the inflammation that I was experiencing. I also, loved the recommendation to incorporate digestive enzymes if I am to have some of my intolerable items and they have been a total game changer. Thank you!

The test was illuminating and helpful. I do wish a few items I eat all the time were on it, but the lost is fairly extensive otherwise. I intend to test again in a year to see if anything has changed.

This is very helpful understanding basically how your body works and reacts to certain foods. It was super interesting reading the results and how much of it made sense. Customer service was friendly & knowledgable.

First, it's very easy testing since it's accomplished right at your residence. The kit gets delivered to your home where you give hair samples and send back via mail. Doesn't get much easier. Results were sent via email within 5-7 days and gives you actionable items that you can start to institute into your daily lifestyle. I would recommend this testing to family and friends.

The testing kit was easy to understand, complete and send back.
Test results came back rather quickly and my access to the reports was easy to get to.
My issue was that there was not enough information provided from the test results explaining what some of the results meant and I never received the 12-week action plan. Every time I asked about it, I was told it was under maintenance and it would be available in a couple weeks but 3 months later, I still did not have any access to that.
I was also disappointed in the recommended supplements didn't seem to address the issues I had based on the test results. For example, if the test showed I was low on calcium, you would think a calcium supplement would be recommended, or whatever the issue was, but I didn't see where the supplements had anything to do with my results.
I was given a partial refund though, and I appreciated the fact they did provide that.

I was extremely skeptical at first, but my box came in super fast.. The process was super simple and I got my results back within the timeframe they stated. Overall great experience.

I don’t know how much different or not I felt cutting out foods, but I did find out why my appetite was so poor for so long, so that’s interesting!

I really like the outlook that these test give. I did notice that my main diet was EVERYTHING I was showing a reaction to. I started to dye my hair with henna and that came back 100%! I thought that was odd and what I think it is personally is I’m eating or using a lot of said thing and it has inflamed me. Coconut water was one, I was drinking a lot of that! Anyway it’s still interesting and a good family/friend conversation starter.

Easy to complete the testing and very fast results. So glad my results told me to avoid eating moose. That was a close one 😂 Seriously though it gave me good guidance on what would complete my nutrition and supplements. Seemed pretty accurate as far as food I already avoid naturally. Very interesting piece to complement my health journey.

I was honestly so surprised with the results. I recommend this to all my family. I think it was so true about all the stuff that I should not eat. I think the value was great. They should offer me a free retest because I recommended so many people 🙏💗🙏
