It was a fine experience. Quick and easy. The report was less informative than I had hoped for. But it did have very useful information.

I think the simplicity of this kit makes up a lot of the value. The process is so simple, very easy to follow instructions. I would definitely recommend. It told me a lot of stuff that I didn’t even realize and especially me being a vegan. There’s a lot of stuff I’m eating that my body shouldn’t have, but with this knowledge, I can make some corrections or maybe just choose some alternatives. The report I received was very informative and very easy to understand.

At first I was skeptical about the testing process, but once I got my results back, the findings were very interesting. I ordered the kit for my wife and I. Once we received the kit and sent out the samples I was worried that I didn't provide enough. In just a few days we got our results and cut out the foods that I was intolerant to. So far I'm feeling good and curious to know more about my body that regular tests don't show. Highly recommend.

The first test kit I received has an unbaked code. I had to call and they sent me a new kit. Results were fairly fast. I don’t think they really benefited me that much to be honest. Things that I can tolerate were on the avoid list and things that bother me were on the enjoy list. It had a lot of strange things like rabbit urine and other odd items that are not near me. I guess it was a fun experience anyway.
