Just as the name; Advance Contract" takes "advance" move in making sure employee is happy to perform his duty by providing him with everything he needs to work especially personal protective equipment. This I haven't experienced for the past 6 months I have been in this construction job.

I signed a statement that clearly says advance will pay my salary sacrifice of £350 per week into my pension they are now saying it gets paid in on the 19th of every month so this is not what I signed as per my agreement they have came back and told me this I’ve sent a reply back they haven’t responded

I can confirm that all our Pension contributions, be that workplace pension or private pension contributions via a salary sacrifice are sent to respective providers a monthly basis, on or around the 19th of the month (if the 19th falls on a weekend). Rest assured that all contributions taken from your payments will be sent to your chosen provider.

Tax Rebate Con
I get paid from an agency through advance, they made suggestion to do this year tax rebate. I agreed and let them proceed. The whole time i asked what they would take as a fee or percentage and every time they wouldn’t give me an answer (Ross Williams - “Can’t remember off the top of my head”). The guy I was dealing with wouldn’t tell me till the rebate had hit there account. In which I was shocked they took 25% for there fee and then another 20% for VAT taking near enough half of my rebate. Shocking service do not use for any rebate or accounting work

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with our service.
To clarify, our fee structure is clearly outlined in the Terms & Conditions provided in the Tax Return booklet, and we always ensure our clients are made aware of this during the initial sales call. The default percentage applied is either 22%+VAT or £349+VAT, whichever is higher.
The representatives you spoke to initially are part of our consolidation team and do not calculate the final rebate or fee, this responsibility lies with our Submissions team once all relevant information has been gathered. Whilst we understand it can be frustrating not to have an exact figure upfront; this is due to the varying nature of individual tax returns and rebate amounts.
If you’d like to discuss this further, please feel free to contact us directly — we’re more than happy to look over your case in detail.
