Never recieved my necklace ordered on the 28th November scam!!

Disgraceful Service. I order couple of things more than a month ago and I still have not received anything. I have queried it with the customer services team and no one responds. Avoid at all cost

I never received my package!! They’re so quick to respond to the email saying they sent it but when I explained I never got it they just don’t respond?????

i have brought from here item didn’t fit they explained i could have a credit, no cash refunds which was ok but wouldn’t provide me with information to send the dress back
reached out for over a month.
have now contacted the credit card company to get it sorted.
wouldn’t buy from them again

I do not think it is a real company. They don't answer emails, and they don't have good customer service so it is most likely a fake email. DO NOT BUY FROM ADORELLA. I have been scammed. It has been over a month and i have not recieved my order as it says that they wrote the address wrong so it had to be sent back to them. I mentioned that it was their fault that i had not recieved my order as they were the ones that had printed the address label wrong. I had written it correctly. I have still not recieved my package or had an email back.

I ordered a dress, thought it would arrive as it should have. It has been one month and 9 days. 39 days. I have still not received my order and i have contacted Adorella directly 3 times and have not received anything back. I have not received a refund.

THIS IS A BIG SCAM. they sent me something else instead of the dresses i ordered. They are "NOT RESPONSODING ONE EMAILS" DONT HAVE A CUSTOMER ACRE NUMBER. HAVE ONLY COD OPTION. I GOT MUGGED...

horrible quality- the clothes are from china. i ordered a cami top and it was a strange size and swimsuit material ? its worse quality than shein and double the price.

So sad, I loved the pieces and was looking so much forward to wearing my Born To Die camis and shorts but they haven't arrived and now Adorella is not responding to my emails. I just want my clothes, I really fell in love with them

clothes was highly quality took less time i thought to come, fits so nice, would buy again 100 times

Really impressed with the quality and delivery was much quicker than expected. Have to say I was concerned after reading these reviews but I loved everything about my order!

Girls please don’t buy! Quality is awful for the prices that they charge and you cannot return items, you can only get store credit. When I’ve emailed to ask for the return information they have the worst customer service ever and told me to scroll down on the website and find it. But I have already done so and I cannot find any return address!

i think it’s fake. no one has bought it and i think it’s a scam. don’t buy
