adidas Australia online! Did not receive my order, despite numerous emails. The site allows you to purchase items which are NOT in stock in Australia. You will not be refunded, instead you enter the ‘in progress’ status forever! Money lost. instead, purchase from Platypus or Hype. You’ll receive your items in one to two days rather than not at all with Adidas.

A minus infinity if possible ...Info from Animals Australia helped me to make a better choice & not to purchase any shoes from Adidas, using Australian kangaroo leather in their products which by extension enables animal hunting /slaughter & cruelty to our native australian animals..Grow some brain cells, Find a better way or at the very least give up full transparency...to the world

There should be a NO star to select. The shoes I ordered were faulty. After several emails I finally got to return them. It took weeks for them to say they would refund. Guess what, No refund arrived in my bank. After several emails and NO response I finally got hold of them through FB only to be told they paid it and I have to chase my bank.

Bought a shoe for my wife's birthday thinking 2 weeks will be enough time for the shoes to arrive as promised by adidas on the website. But since the ordering time and 13 days later the order is in the same status "Processing "!!!
I can't even Cancel it cos apparently it's still Processing... no other ways to know the updates.
The APP itself is useless and when I both messaged and called them ..they are telling me they can only " ESCALATE" the request. Still no idea who can I talk to asking for cancellation and my refund money .

Extremely poor on-line service & standards!!
Dec 8th 2024, completed online purchase for a Xmas Gift. Delivery times advised were 4-7 days if ordered prior to Xmas cut-off 15/12. Perfect I thought, ample time for Xmas gift. Timing was important, as an interstate friend would be at Xmas for the one-day only, prior to going home.
Followed order up via online chat 20/12, whereby the chat host was trying to be helpful, and also confirmed would escalate the order as the order had been extremely delayed. I asked if it was likely that order would be received by 24/12, to which response was, I would receive an email confirming order details.
Well that's when things hit the fan. Yes an email was received 23/12 (not checked until that evening) that the order had been cancelled, as they couldn't fulfill the order. Seriously, 11 business days to be advised this!! This left me in an urgent bind, as needed to rush around the next day to get a suitable gift, expending additional time & money, as the refund would take 2-3 business days to be processed.
Now to add further insult, 29/12 received an email with a really dismal explanation, excuse, apology for what had happened, with the explanation of technical failures, and adding further insult, "unfortunately, mistakes happen" - this coming from a global multi-million dollar business!!
It doesn't stop there, its then advised that my refund should be reflected within the next 1-7 business days.
So in all,
11 days to find out no order completion (2 days before Xmas) and now a further (up to) 7 days without being refunded.
This whole experience has been absurd, and will not be recommending Adidas to anyone, or purchasing again.

Worst experience online shopping ever! Something is not going well at Adidas. Ordered items in early November sale. Gets cancelled entirely with no explanation shortly after. Then customer service honours the order so I had to order again at a higher price. They said they would refund me the difference to the original lower order value. They say 1 box of items was lost so now I’m waiting 5-7 days (terrible follow up) to rectify. They have near $900 of my money and no refund, no resolution. I have lost all trust in them. And now my Christmas presents have not arrived in time despite buying them 5-6 weeks ago! Unsavoury practices and customer certainly not central to their business model.

Do not shop w them. I did online order, waited a week to then receive an email to say that the order has been cancelled. Contacted customer service, they responded saying that it’s out of stock. I checked online again - there are still stocks. I asked to price match, but they said they won’t do that and wants me to pay $200 for full price if I want to order it again. So what happened to “out of stock”? Lol, adidas is a scam.

It seems Adidas has an issue with knowing what stock they have available to sell. It took them over a week from taking my money to work out that they in fact didn't have the stock to fulfil the order. I'd contacted customer service in the interim to ask what was going on, as the order remained unshipped, only to be told they'd give it a hurry along. Two days later I get a refund. I contact them again to give some feedback upon my experience to only be told by customer service 'not to worry as they'd documented my feedback'. Oh, that's great news, I'm so glad it's documented. Don't worry about wasting my time so close to Xmas, or to take over a week to work out you don't have stock or for your inept customer service. They even have the gall to suggest they 'value' customer feedback! If you valued it you wouldn't reply to my detailed responses that you 'had to cancel the order due to stock availability', as though that's what I asked or didn't already know!
Complaint Regarding Order Cancellation and Misleading Advertising
I am writing to formally address an issue regarding my recent online purchase through your website. On 01/12/2024, I placed an order for the Adidas Campus 00s Back Size 10 US at the promotional price of $68 during your Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, on 04/12/2024, I received a notification that my order had been canceled without any justification.
Upon contacting your customer service team, I was informed that the cancellation was due to a lack of stock. However, I noticed that the same product remains available for purchase on your website at the full price, which raises serious concerns about misleading advertising and a potential breach of consumer rights.
Offering a 10% voucher as compensation for this issue is unacceptable. It does not address the primary concern, which is your failure to honor the agreed-upon transaction. As per consumer protection laws, businesses are obligated to:
1. Honor advertised prices.
2. Avoid deceptive practices, including advertising products that are not genuinely available at the promotional price.
To resolve this matter, I expect the product to be provided at the original advertised price of $68, as per the terms of the promotion during which I made the purchase.
Well that's disappointing.
It's very disappointing when adidas sends the wrong size, no guarantee that the shoes I ordered will be sent. They said get a refund and basically start again. No thanks I don'trust ordering from them again.

I bought "Tiro Bukse" from Adidas…
I bought "Tiro Bukse" from Adidas (order number ANO90130689), after two days of use the pants tore. Or support from Adidas suggests that I pay most of the bill for the repair of these pants myself. They can't replace the pants because they don't have the same pants in my size. That is, they want to pay part of the repair of the pants themselves. Adidas produced pants of shitty quality and the solution to the problem is that I have to pay part of the repair of these pants. Do not buy anything from Adidas, they are scammers, counterfeiters and imitators of quality products. The goods that Adidas produces are of poor quality. Customer support is a gathering of low-professional people who imitate helping customers in order to justify their salaries.
No complaints process.... is that even legal?
I returned some shoes and they said they processed the refund to Afterpay, but Afterpay say they haven't received the payment which was over a month ago. I asked Adidas for confirmation of the refund but get told to wait 24-48 hours and nothing.... Sick of their email support team, i called and asked for the complaint / escalation process. They told me to email customer service (on the same email address I was already using) and the dedicated compalint team will pick up my case. Guess what happened when I sent the complaint email? The person I had already been speaking to for the last month via normal customer service replied to my email. It's a joke that they dont have a complaints process in place.

Horrible! They took 7 days to just dispatch my product. And it doesn't even shows up on AusPost as received by them, they literally just made the label.
