EXCELLENT SERVICE
My 20+ year old Access roller garage door was working perfectly but I felt it was time for a check up just to be safe. This was carried out for me along with the remote control and fixed switch.

I am very pleased with the end result, the door is of good quality and the installation was well done. It took rather longer than expected to get confirmation of my order, acknowledgement of my deposit and information about expected delivery date, but otherwise no complaints.

It took a long time for the Garage…
It took a long time for the Garage Doors to be fitted. On the day it was very good, one man fitted the doors.
There was no communication to tell me what was going on. I had to phone to get a reply to tell me the 50% had been received. I did get an apology for not replying to my payment.

Initial good advice
Initial good advice, very supportive and helpful and responsive to meet our needs. The delivery and installation undertaken was within the time frame advised. The installation of the large garage door gave us confidence with the Company to proceed to the replacement of existing awnings. The whole experience was carried out professionally and all debris removed and the premises were left clean and tidy. All operatives were polite, helpful and friendly. We have no hesitation of using or recommending this Company.

Everything explained at the outset. Engineer came on time, a couple of days after my initial call. He was very pleasant and quickly made the adjustments to the locking system to enable easy ACCESS to the garage. Many thanks for speedily and efficiently sorting the problem.
