Very pleased all round.
One of the best companies I've ever cone across. Great communication throughout the whole process. Everything was on time, as planned, from the quote to the fitting of the garage door. Polite and courteous staff. Very good quality product. They don't ask for the final part of the payment until the door has been fitted and you are happy with it.
Couldn't recommend highly enough.

It is the second time that we have used…
It is the second time that we have used Access Garage Doors Ltd to put up an awning and once again all our expectations were met. The awning looks fantastic. The team that put it up were so efficient and courteous and they took so much pride in their work. I recommend this company without hesitation and in fact we have ordered one more to be fitted because of the quality of the product and above all the service. Excellent service without the hard sell
The assessment was straightforward with no pressure to upsell, and the prices seemed reasonable. It took 4-5 weeks for the door to be manufactured, but the fitters were very prompt and courteous and took into account my requests, and have done a very tidy job.

You never think about how important it is for your garage door to open and shut properly until you can no longer use it. My problem has been completely sorted, and I now cycle much more because it's not difficult to access my garage.
The contractor was lovely too.

Very friendly people from the moment of booking for someone to quote through to the day of the fitting.
Thought these guys were better than others that came to quote. Found my garage was a bit wonky and planned what had to be done before I chose them.

Your engineer thorough and friendly.
The only thing I was disappointed with was the garage fob keys which do not respond as quickly as I'd like and need pressing quite hard to operate.

I have had to call out 3 times for my 6…
I have had to call out 3 times for my 6 year old sectional garage door to have the same repair! At around £100 each time I hope it’s fixed properly this time. Engineers lovely.

Having reviewed the service history, the visits appear to have been for different issues rather than the same repair being repeated. Your sectional door was installed in 2020; previous visits related to different components and adjustments, while the most recent visit included a door service and operator reset.

Hi Dennis, thank you for your review. We’re pleased the engineer was able to complete the work efficiently, but we’re sorry you felt the cost was high for the time spent on site. Even where a job is completed quickly, the charge helps cover the costs involved in providing a professional service, including travel, engineer time and expertise, vehicles, insurance, office support and general business running costs.
We apologise for the confusion around whether payment should be made on the day or invoiced afterwards. We are in the early stages of adopting a new system across the company, and we appreciate there are still areas we need to tighten up as everyone becomes fully familiar with it. This should have been clearer for you.
