Our initial experience was disappointing because, as it turns out, our garage ceiling is bowed and this went unnoticed on the initial assessment. As a result, the door fitted the aperture correctly but wouldn't open. A second surveyor identified the problem and the door was re-installed and mounted at a slight forward angle. This allows it to clear both the ceiling and the ground beneath. Pleasant and skilled operatives but some administrative hiccoughs (i.e. being sent the wrong invoice etc.) There was also a delay of nearly a month before the new door was installed and operational.

Re tensioned and aligned 64 garage
Firstly I must apologise for the late review! From the beginning of the job when I contacted Clinton who answered the phone promptly at around 07:34 was amazing! His tone on the phone was professional and understanding to the needs of my repair. He booked John in to do the repair, who arrived within the timeframe allotted and was again, professional and attentive to detail to realign and tension my garage door, to what is now like a brand new door again. So thank you all for your wonderful service.
