Nice products and professional company

I just have to say, professional. Great product even if I had to request a refund because the size was too big. I got my money back without any problems and I communicated with them with great cordiality and professionalism on their part. Thank you very much

As always, received a beautiful pair of shoes in good condition on a timely basis. Second pair from Abbots and still a very satisfied customer. Won’t be the last.

A personal service

This is the first 5 star review I have ever given.
Adam and Shawn from Abbot’s gave a personal service and fulfilled every one of their promises. I sold my shoes to them and bought a pair which lived up to expectations. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

East End Marketing

I’m only giving you three stars, not because of the quality of purchase, nor the ease of the purchase but because of your pricing policies. If I buy in the UK for delivery in the states, the price is lower because of VAT back. The price from ordering in the states for delivery in the states is 20% higher because a third party gets involved. Either be a UK concern selling, shipping and exporting as you originally did or don’t. East End sales techniques (two sets of prices for the same item) do not give me confidence of purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. Although, you make incorrect assumptions and accusations in your review.

We charge UK VAT free prices for our buyers outside of the UK. We charge UK VAT to our customers in the UK as we are legally obliged to.

No need for 'East End' marketing here, whatever that is! Just quality footwear at transparent prices.

Excellent shoes.

Bought two pairs of shoes, on Adams recommendation once getting in touch with him. I am loving both, keenly watching the website for more! Will definitely buy from Abbot again.
