A refund on your order was issued on the 02/01/2025, which was within 5 working days of your parcel arriving to us as stated in our returns policy.
We are normally a little quicker to process returns, however we do tend to have a couple of days off to celebrate Christmas.

May I suggest to have further explanation for the meanings of different lasts in different brands.
size 7,5 size 8 may be very different from one to brand to another or even from one last to the other for the same brand.
Very puzzling for me.
More help would really be appreciated.
