Poor customer service very inflexible, won’t be shopping there again

Have bought from them a few times before. Very nice shoes. Good price too. Delivered when they say. Only problem every single time I have the same issues trying to pay. Spent an hour last night and even longer today trying to buy a pair of Trickers boots and shoe trees. Times out while sending me to my banking app or nothing at all happens or sending a code to my phone that never comes. Now after multiple attempts tells me my account is not currently available. Hey!!! Finally managed to buy. Probably my fault but doesn’t happen with any other site I buy from.

The two pair of "As new" condition shoes I ordered came exactly as promised -- in as new condition, and in their original boxes to boot (shoe-themed pun intended). I got brand new pairs of Tricker's and Alfred Sargent derbies for $500US total with the orange idiot's tariffs and shipping to the US included. Abbot's Shoes is a phenomenal value!
