I bought a pair of shoes, they arrived and when I tried them on I realized that it was not at all the ones described in on the site. Completely wrong color! I start emailing with the company and the response is very slow. In a scenario like this you would expect an excuse, but not in this case..
In my point of view they should be experts in what they are selling but it seems like they lack a lot of experience and customer service is not at all as expected. Very disappointed!
