My package was damaged during shipping
My package was damaged during shipping. The outer presentation box was crushed and they offered a replacement box. Then they said it was out of stock. I received a bag instead which will not work for me. Now I am stuck with my husband’s main gift that was very expensive, with no way to wrap it so that it can go under the tree without coming apart.
Other than that the item is beautiful even though it got scratched a little bit During shipping. And customer service was very nice and apologetic, but did not solve my issue. I believe they should have offered more than a Abask wrapping bag.

Your stag and antler set was shipped in the manufacturer’s presentation box, which is the only box designed specifically for this piece. As this was the last one we had in stock, we unfortunately did not have a second manufacturer’s box available when the original was damaged. We also don’t offer an ABASK gift box large enough for this item, which is why we suggested an ABASK dust bag with tissue and ribbon — a solution we agreed on together.
We also understand how disappointing it was to receive your parcel in the condition it arrived in. After reviewing the images you kindly sent, we can see that customs had opened the parcel for inspection and then re-packed it, which is something entirely outside our control. Sadly, this appears to be the reason the packaging was compromised upon arrival.
We are thankful that you found our team courteous and attentive throughout, and we sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and helps us continue to improve the support we offer, particularly when external handling affects the condition of a delivery.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a beautiful, handblown Venini vase, which sadly, arrived broken. I emailed customer service and Mikhail S. promptly responded. He was very courteous and professional, and shipped a replacement vase out to me right away, without me needing to file a claim. I'm in California, USA, and received the replacement vase in a week. I couldn't have asked for better customer service in this situation. Abask has beautiful homewares and does right by their customers.

Abask was one of few places that had the crystal vases i was looking for. They dispatched them the same day i ordered them and were super consistent with their updates.
