I was completely blown away by the…
I was completely blown away by the quality of experience and product from ABASK. I bought a Giannini Firenze journal for my wife as a gift so I opted for the gift wrapping. Best decision ever. Before I even got to see the journal the experience was luxurious. It came in this beautiful stiff sided box with a magnetic clasp and hand tied with a bow. Inside the box was a handwritten (and I mean with a pen, not handwritten font) card with the message I entered when I bought by b the journal.
The journal itself was far beyond expectations. The beautiful handmade marbled cover was vibrant and so incredibly detailed. We both just looked at it for almost 20 min. The binding was sturdy but supple and the paper was nice and thick.
10/10 will definitely buy from here again.

Great work from beginning to end
ABASK is a great company with fantastic collections. I like to see time after time what kind of new items they have.
Unfortunately I don’t able to buy too often but always have a good time to watch the different collections from many countries all over. The artists are amazing.

I had an amazing customer service…
I had an amazing customer service experience with Abask and specifically Mikhail. My packages got held up in customs, I’m assuming because the US is a mess right now. I didn’t have to lift a finger, Mikhail was all over it and updating me along the way.

We recently purchased a Giobagnara domino set. We had some question about colour and availability. The customer service we received in response was second to none - extraordinarily prompt and efficient, and helpful to a fault. Replacement - waterford crystal wine glasses
I had ordered a pair of wine glasses and after using them for the first time, one shattered in my hand when drying. The customer service I received was like nothing I have ever experienced from a company. Replaced immediately for free and dispatched so fast. Such lovely communication via email too. 10/10 experience.
