Excellent delivery experience, 4 damaged boards out of 8 packs, but contacted support advising may need replacement but possibly manage with cuts and happy to be contacted and provide replacement if required.

Dreadful service
After ordering a sample and waiting 2 weeks for it to arrive I found it was just an empty package. I called and was given an apology and told that another one would be sent, it’s now been nearly two weeks and I have received nothing. Due to this appalling service I have now ordered the product from another company and received the product in 48 hours

Good, but could do a bit better in communication
I would have given five stars for the products and delivery, but three stars for communications.
However, I did make a web order a couple of days before the xmas break (22/12/25) and after paying up, I did not receive what the lead time for delivery would be until 10 days after i made the order.
The reason was the company was on holiday for the break. That's fine, but a notice on the website and on their voicemail message saying so would have made me a lot less grumpy. Little things like this can make all the difference in a punters experience and requires little or no effort from the vendor. It is called managing expectations.
Having said that, right after the break (assuming well recovered from xmas frivolities) they were right on the ball. Shame because one little message would have saved them several emails, text messages and a couple of phone calls on catch up.
