Be aware of this company,they offer you a cheap contract,promising that you will not be dragged in a 3rd party scheme, which is exactly what they are doing.I signed an £18 p/m contract with them,after that they dragged me without my consent into a Trustpayments plan,even that I told them that I don't want to pay more than want i agreed with them £18p/m,but Trustpayments sent me an invoice of £30p/m.
I called the person who made my contract( Jammie ) and he told me not to worry, as everything is tru A2B Payments, ok,next month the same,I called again,same story, I demanded to speak with the boss,he explained me the same story, on the next in voice of Trustpayments, I messaged him to stop the contract and I will send the device back,I he just sent me the address details,next day I have sent the device back. BlNow I have the collection company MIL Collections on my back,demanding me first £924 for breaching the contract with A2B Payments, which is not true,they used my details ilegaly to sign me up with Trustpayments, which I was not agreed, also lied that I have not sent the Pos back on time,which is also a lie. And for that now MIL Collections demanded of me ,not £924 but £1440.
So be carefully who you sign with in the future.

This company really does go the extra mile,the guys here are so polite,and cant do enough in supporting your business.Maybe they should be running our country because this is how people who do care operate,many thanks to you all.

We have been with A2B/Clover since March. The guys I dealt with to get set up have been great/helpful, along with the customer service team. Yes, there have been some hiccups during the process, but that's rather normal. I have, so far, been assisted with any issues that have occurred. Thank you!

Great communication from the start. I dealt with Roman who was friendly and not pushy. He helped with all my queries and offered a great service. So far so good.

Been with them 5 months after 36+ years with previous providers. Wish I'd known about them years ago. Roman sorted me out in double quick time and no hassle, ensuring a smooth changeover.

Avoid at all costs!!!
Misleading and a sales team who will lie to you.
Cost us loads more than if we had stayed with our initial card company due to being given false information.
Customer service is useless and really wish we stayed with previous supplier who were honest and transparent unlike A2B payments.
Told us they would cover our buy out fee and then after moving said they would only pay a certain amount as per there policy, a policy I was never informed about and I called to ensure the full amount would be paid and they said yes the buy out will be covered, at no point sent a company policy or informed me they would only pay a certain amount.
Will never use them again once we are finally out of our contract. Wouldn’t waste your time with this company.

Spoke to Roman from start to finish and he’s made it all very easy and kept me up to date with everything spot on service definitely recommend

Phil and the team have been really helpful all throughout the process and even helping us with the PCI process when the bank were not being very helpful! Would 100% recommend!
