Very helpful with a technical issue regarding a faulty ink cartridge.

I couldn't find the cartridges I wanted & went to the chat / help line & got the site immediately. Ordered the cartridges at a very good price & they arrived next day.

Maryam was very helpful when I inadvertently purchased two printing inks instead of 1 and arranged a refund of one.

Extremely helpful when we had a problem with one cartridge. Immediately replaced
New orders always arrived very promptly too.

Used the Chat service to resolve a problem fitting a replacement cartridge. Maryam was very helpful and patient. The issue was fully resolved.

As calling 999inks is not possible at the moment, I had no other option but to try and re-order on line. Had a little struggle at first but received excellent email support by Maryam. My repeat order was already in the basket and the rest was easy. Thank you Maryam.

Maryam helped chase up my order & then it arrived quickly

I had a query regarding the suitability of a product I had ordered and received a prompt and reassuring response from Maryam Shenaz. It was clear and precise and gave me the confidence to go ahead and use the product.

Edit – After escalating this matter here and elsewhere, the company finally got in touch with me and refunded my money.

I placed and paid for my order, but the parcel has still not been delivered.

I have tried contacting the company multiple times through their chat and by email, asking a very simple question: whether the order has been dispatched and what the tracking number is. Unfortunately, there has been no response at all.

At this point, it looks like my money has been taken and I have received nothing in return. Without any communication or confirmation of dispatch, it unfortunately starts to look like a possible theft of money, because that is exactly how the situation appears right now.

All I want is a clear answer:
Has my order been sent or not?
If yes – what is the tracking number?

Until then, I cannot recommend this company.

Placed order but they failed to deliver. After much legal threatening I managed to obtain a written apology and a promise of a refund. It never happened. Passing details to my credit card company. Avoid !

complete waste of time, pai for 24 tracked delivery 5 days later still hasnt been delivered.

Unfortunately I am now in the same position that the reviewer Julia Conde wrote about. Despite their highlighted ‘Emergency Cartridges On Time’ they accepted a £58 order for cartridges they apparently do not have. Tried getting an answer on their chat line with Albert but this is a company that can only communicate internally with procurement by email ‘which takes time’ and they have no phone system by which they can speak to each other quickly to resolve issues. Like Julia we have ordered from 999inks before but will not be doing so again. The difficulty now is getting an answer from them that actually tells me what is happening with my order and trying for a refund. Forget trying their phone number.

I have ordered from them many times but I am not sure why this last time I’ve had such terrible experience. I won’t order anymore from them. My order never arrived and I they keep telling me that they are awaiting to hear from procurement. It is clear it hasn’t been dispatched and processed, and when asking for refund and cancellation of the order, again they are waiting to hear from procurement. I won’t order anymore from this company. I will much rather buy from my local store as I had done in the end. I won’t recommend them from now on.

Follow up: after nearly a month my order arrived, I had a response about what was going on soon after this review and received the cartridges days later.

The inks I bought are compatible with my printer, and were delivered quickly.

This is an excellent company to buy ink cartridges from. Good quality products, fast delivery and superb after service care. I had a slight issue with one cartridge, and Maryam answered my email within one hour, with a replacement sent out the same day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you

Don't print as much now, but for the occasional print these give awful print quality, whereas original cartridges are fine. Waste of mony

Dodge company, sell defect cartridges with no guarantee.
Bad company, sold cartridge which is not compactible to my printer and now cause a lot problem to not give a refund and return items not working.
