Ordering was simple, the toner cartridge works well and is inexpensive, and delivery was well within the estimated window.

When I need printer ink I go to ClickInks because it saves me money & time, one less trip to make to buy ink & the no name refilled cartridges don't cost nearly as much but work just as well. Thank you for recycling & reusing ClickInks! My order came within a few days. 😊

We have used this service for many years and we are extremely satisfied with quality and the cost savings. The cartridge ink is no longer cost effective so we have upgraded to the bottle ink but we will continue to use this service for our new printer.

I just replaced ink cartridge , it fit and works fine . It was also easy in ordering the new cartridges.

I’d give them a NEGATIVE FIVE if I could. Ordered ink for my ho 6800 in November 2026, ran out of ink in March 2026 and opened the package from clickinks to find they sent me all the wrong cartridges. Emailed for a long time about a return, finally was able to return them in May 2026 and had to pay for return shipping. Was told I’d get a store credit and after 10 emails asking for the store credit, not a word. This is an absolute scam. I’m out almost $90 while Mohammed at Clickinks is enjoying my money and keeping his scam product. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!!!!!

I submitted an earlier review of 1 star due to the order not having arrived when the P.O. indicated it had been, a week ago, no fault of Clikinks. Sure enough, it showed up yesterday, and all is in order, so to speak.

they are awful I ordered the wrong ink 3 weeks ago tried to return it but couldn't because they kept asking for pictures of the unopened ink and then they wouldn't accept my pictures said they email for return request authorization was wrong - after spending 2 hours on this I just gave up which is what they want -I was asking for a refund authorizaiton requestion which is ridi9culous - I forfeited $95 dollars which I disputed on my credit card - they s---
