It seems they are selling items such as shoes and shorts that cannot be returned, so if you bought the shoes and the quality was bad or uncomfortable to you, then its on you, they can only exchange it with different size, which doesn’t make any sense, unless you are trying to sell this product for unknown reason, so the moment someone got it, it is a relief for them and it is the customer who got ripped off if the product was bad or defective. A lesson learned, last time I will buy from such unprofessional online seller

I don’t understand the low rating for this site. I ordered Hoka shoes, and they were delivered to me in Kuwait the very next day. I chose cash on delivery bcz the ratings here worried me.. but all was good. I didn’t immediately pay the driver, i told him to wait while I go get my wallet, and I took the parcel in my house and quickly opened it to check the item and all was good. Also the price was 20% less than retail. The only downside is that i had to pay an extra 1.5kd for cash on delivery.. but I ended up saving alot on the shoes.
Defective product with no return
I bought something from call it spring brand under Aldo shoes, all the communication came from 6th street. The product was expensive and it came defective and bad quality, they refused to refund, return or even to have a call with a supervisor.
I can see that they earned the bad reputation.

Ordered 7 different products, 2 of them were actually in the wrong size, and among the two a pair of shoes had clearly been worn before being shipped to me.
On top of that, they say free shipping over 200 AED, yet for a 500 AED order I had to pay on account that I was using a gift card... It's been 5 days and I still haven't received a refund.
I returned the products that were not proper, and I am not sure I should even use the refunds they put in my account by fear of getting something wrong again, and I will still have to pay for shipping fees despite the fact that the mistake is entirely 6thStreet's fault.
The customer service is probably the worst thing I've ever seen in e-commerce. Most emails are just copy/paste, and the "happiness" of the customer is clearly not a priority.
Avoid the website at all costs.
Very disappointing experience with 6th street
1. the way I am receiving my order, placing one order at a time and receiving it split in multiple times, deliveries… super annoying to wait for 10 different deliveries from same order shows disrespect towards consumers . 2. Another thing, I have received one of the packages… it seems the quality of the “brand” products are super fake. Got some sleepers from adidas size 37 and they will maybe fit 35 kid feet…. I am wondering if they are getting shipments from TeMu … as they become very much alike . 3. I have tried to initiate a return exchange on their app, which will take you in circles. I have tried WhatsApp option too but again sending me to the app and same story. I have tried the option “talk with agent” which takes you also nowhere. A very new , “TeMu”… it is last time ordering 6th. Very unprofessional

If there is -10 rating I would have given them that, I ordered items 12 days ago and no updates shown on my order during this period, according to them today was the maximum due date, but until now my order is still under processing it doesn't show if the store even received my order, I strongly recommend customers to stop buying from them

I ordered something yesterday it arrived today faulty/ disregard the faulty part I have a screenshot that said the item is returnable however when accessing the app now the item is no longer returnable. Contacted support whom obviously need a lot of training on their own application I explained to them that under each item it states wether the item is returnable or not only for him to respond “ no you cannot see it under each item “ we have it as policy. Worst experience as terms changed without notifying customers and even for faulty items there is no return and customer service are not helpful at all

Most unreliable online purchase I ever made . Despite showing non delivery of one item ( by their own email showing only part shipping was made), they took a position that they delivered all items and never addressed my complaint properly.

Worst online company to order from. Never update the delivery dates. Keep delaying deliveries even after mentioning dates while ordering. Never on time. Started well but everything seems to have tumbled down now. No customer service. Worse delivery partners Vamos. Disappointing experience.

Customer Service does not know how to deal with issues, And all they do is copy and paste the same answer in every email.
They say they have live Customer Service on WhatsApp, but you can only see your order.

Worst online shop and customer service ever...I placed an order with 4 items. The order was further broken down in 3 shipments. I got the first shipment. The second shipment was wrong. What I ordered was not what I got. I sent emails to their customer happiness Team but nothing was done about it. I called the customer service but they said its a body suit and they cannot refund. I told tjem that what i received was not what i ordered. I sent emails multiple times but nothing was done about it. As for the 3rd shipment, its the 4th day I am getting a notification that it is out for delivery. At the end of the day, I will get a notification that customer postponed. I ordered branded shoes from the 6th Street app, The Roger Clubhouse, worth 795 AED, but the shoes seem to be duplicates, not originals, which is disappointing and so embracing for me because I gave them to my friend as a birthday gift. So bad.😡😡 Branded companies should ban them for selling these kind of fake products and fooling customers with their online apps.
