I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with 6th Street. It has been two weeks since I raised an issue with my account, and despite multiple calls and follow-ups, my problem still hasn’t been resolved. The lack of communication and delay in addressing customer concerns is unacceptable.
I expected much better service from a company of this scale. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider shopping with them again. If you value good customer service, I would think twice before ordering from 6th Street.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ordered via express delivery but delivered 3 days later. Reached out by the courier a day later at morning time named Samit Darnal and address was sent but wasnt delivered til 9pm. Called the customer service couple of times but just saying same response to wait till 9pm but nothing happened. And received a message saying address was incomplete (which i even sent the pinned location by whatsapp) and received again a WhatsApp message saying i was unreachable, like how come i even spoke to the courier and called him multiple times for follow up.
FIX your service. This will be the first and last time that I will order. Very disappointed 🙅🏻♀️
Worst delivery service and customer service
Worst online platform ever. I ordered on 3rd February, it supposed to be delivered by 5th February (Deiver name Thoufeeq) he told me that he will deliver by 9pm. Later on he told me that he is in hospital, he will handover to other guy and and it will be delivered on 6th feb.
In remarks he has mentioned that customer postponded.
Next day same thing happened. As I was waiting for my order. This 2nd delivery guy said that it will be deliver before 9pm (Samit Darnal).
Since there was no response. I called him and he said that his car is broken it cannot be delivered.
Worst service ever
I ordered last Saturday expected to receive Tuesday unfortunately they said it was delivered in a wrong location. Despite very clearly given notes the exact location. Add on that, the delivery guy seems sleeping in the house and do not want to deliver, a very rude person. I asked them to deliver in home address for alternative solution because of their mistake. But no action was taken.. i asked a refund but still didn’t do..

It really seems a scam. They deducted the money and emailed that my order is being processed. The order number didn't show up on their customer care watts app number.
After constant emailing..i received a response that order is cancelled due to payment failure but at the same they say the exact amount will be refunded. Two contradicting statements... if payment is declined how come they know the amount and how do they assure the amount will be refunded.

I had a terrible experience with 6th Street. I purchased a pair of heels, and to my shock, they broke the second time I wore them—clearly a sign of poor quality. When I reached out to request a refund, they flat-out refused, offering no reasonable solution to address the issue. It’s unacceptable to pay for what should be premium products and receive such low-quality items, along with appalling customer service. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

They have the worst customer service teams. The staff on call asks me to email the team and the team on email asks me to call the staff. It’s a mess and they have the worst exchange policies, will never buy from them again.

I strongly advise against using this app to avoid experiencing what I am going through right now. I placed an order on December 5, and today was the last expected day for delivery, yet I still have not received it.
Moreover, the company they work with for deliveries shows no respect for customers. They sent me a message with the name and contact of the delivery person, but when I tried reaching out on WhatsApp to get an approximate time for delivery and plan my day accordingly, they completely ignored me.
All they do is send repetitive messages saying the order will arrive “today.” When I contacted customer service, they assured me the delivery would happen today, even if it was after 9 PM. However, at 10 PM, I was shocked to receive a message claiming I had postponed the delivery—something I never did.
Do not waste your time and effort on this terrible app. It’s simply not worth it.

I wanted to exchange an item
I wanted to exchange an item. But the link I was given on WhatsApp kept saying error. Then the WhatsApp chat is useless and the phone number did not connect for a week.
On email it's a robotic automated response regardless of the issue.
Finally connected to someone on the phone after a week and was told there are no sizes for the item hence the reason of the error. And can not return it because the item is now on discount.
I will never again buy anything from them. Wasted time, energy and money.

The partner courier in Qatar got lazy he decided to postponed the delivery on my behalf. I received a notification saying delivery caneclled customer postponed. When I reached out to customer service , they said they’ll update me within 24hrs. But no update after more than 24 hrs. Order was placed more than 2 weeks ago.

Super bad experience. There is no return policy on discounted items. I wanted to return pants I ordered as they were too small (36 size), and the only thing they could do for me is.. to exchange for 42. The customer service is useless, they cant do more than we can on the useless app. When u connect to live cht via whatsapp they tell you ‚unfortunately we dont have a live chat yet’. I lost money for 3 pair of pants I will never use.
