I wanted to share my experience with a company that operates in a deceptive manner. They unexpectedly called me to promote advertising in a local magazine targeted at estate agency businesses. It all seemed legitimate, and I even jumped on a Zoom call with the owner, who pressured me to sign up immediately without allowing me to read the terms and conditions.
No money was taken before I signed up, which made it feel even more promising. However, after speaking with the agency I intended to work with, I discovered they had never heard of this company. It turns out they sign up multiple businesses and only then approach the agency to get involved, after they've sold enough advertising space in the booklet.
Once we realized it was a scam, we refused to participate and informed them that we would not be making any payments. Since then, they have been sending us emails every other day, demanding money and threatening court action regarding what they claim is our contract.
This company is nothing but a scam! Please do not use their services unless you want to be bombarded with emails asking for money for a service that never materializes.s

To explain, 3 Media Ltd operates under media agreements with estate agents to produce their brochures. In your case, the agreement was with Gaudin & Co, signed by one of their partners, Bradley Vowden. You can verify this with the links below:

After signing the agreement, you expressed a desire to cancel, stating that Gaudin & Co had no brochures and were unaware of our company. However, upon verification, Bradley Vowden and our representatives confirmed their agreement with us, and our customer services team communicated this to you. Despite our efforts to clarify, these details were dismissed.
The publication was delivered to the venue on 7th August 2024, and a hard copy was also sent to your registered business address. To ensure your satisfaction, we will send another printed copy of the magazine to your registered address. Alternatively, you are welcome to visit the estate agent to view the publication.
We strive to provide professional and transparent services, and we take all contractual commitments seriously. Should you have further questions or concerns, please contact us directly so we can address them appropriately.
However in the mean time, we kindly ask you to remove your review as the content is both untruthful and damaging.

Excellent service

This is our second batch of brochures with 3Media and these have become an invaluable marketing tool for us, especially for market appraisals.
From the outset everything was extremely straightforward and we were kept up to date at each step on what to expect next.
