I've recently signed up to have my locksmith company advertised in a Duckworths estate agents catalogue. 3 Media Ltd was really helpful in setting up the page, and designing the layout. They kept me involved in the design, which was brilliant! They made a short video, that you can access from the page, which I really didn't expect, so that was a nice bonus! And communication was excellent! They would let me see the page, and if I wanted anything added, or changed, they would get right on it, and let me know when it's ready to view. Communication is key these days, and 3 Media really hit the nail on the head for me. Keep up the good work! And thank you for the service that you provided👌👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received an email trying to sell me space in an estate agents magazine (copy below).
I asked the salesman where they got my details from - they said Google - I advised that on Google it states not to use my email address for marketing purposes.
He then said my website - I then advised that my website also states not to use my email address for any marketing purpose.

Great service, poor graphics
The service was excellent and informative.
Unfortuantely, the graphics produced were not very good in our opinion, so we had to create our own.

A terrible experience from start to now
Do Not use do not be scammed like we were
A terrible experience from start to where we currently are. They have continued to take payment and we have had to ask the bank to step in as the service is shocking.
The work was promised for delivery after 16 weeks but it was 38 weeks and nothing. They have now threatened us with legal action. The company pointed me towards this review site on trust pilot as opposed to the original one which I found of theirs which shone them in a completely different light than we had experienced and others on the original site had experienced. The original site one I found them on seemed more like the experience we had.
We have been advised to take legal action and contact trading standards by a legal team. This is now in the process of happening. We have asked to stop taking payments but they have refused.

Our experience with 3Media , Rachel, Stacy and the team was excellent from start to finish. They coped with a copious amount of tweaks to designs etc, always reverted at speed, and the finished product is exceptional. Thank you one and all.
