Easy process
We were contacted re an advert from a recommendation to go into the company’s magazine . Everything was explained clearly . We had a video call to go through all the details . It was an easy procedure everyone was very helpful. Communication was so easy and everything was as we requested.

Beware of False Promises & Reputational Damage
Initial Impressions and Promises
Our initial interactions with 3Media were promising. They assured us that they could support our business by providing free brochures and securing funding through local businesses purchasing advertising slots. Asked for a list of our trusted suppliers that we gave them. Based on these assurances, we decided to proceed and signed their agreement.
Lack of Follow-Through
After an initial onboarding with their staff members, we were told that everything would be sorted out promptly. The campaign started and we then received a number of complaints from people that would like to advertise but were put off with aggressive sales tactics. We raised a complaint with 3 media. However, after a further six months of complete silence and no progress, we had to chase them down for an update. We were then informed that there was no interest from advertisers and that they would not be moving forward with our project.
Financial Issues and Lack of Refunds
To make matters worse, 3Media took payments from two of our suppliers, totaling over £3,000 for advertising that never materialized. Despite their promises to issue refunds, we have had to chase them continuously, and the refunds have yet to be processed.
Impact on Our Reputation
The entire ordeal has damaged our company's local reputation. The aggressive sales tactics employed by 3Media have further exacerbated the situation, making it difficult for us to trust their legitimacy.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend 3Media. Their failure to deliver on their promises, coupled with their financial mishandling and hard sales tactics, raises serious questions about their business practices. We have also learned that tie advertisers into a rolling contract whereby they have to opt out or otherwise tied into continuous advertising and subsequent fees. We advise others to be cautious and consider alternative options for their advertising needs.
