We've been using 20i for years, and though the system works great, it's their support that has kept me there. The entire support team have all been exceptional, but a stand out recently has been Louis and Joshua who have been bombarded by my team with requests. They have been incredibly fast to reply and always try their best to best. Thank you so much guys.

20i's support is second to none, always get a really fast response which is appreciated when working under pressure.

I have been with 20i Reseller for a number of years so I thought it was time to leave them a review. I have had various hosting packages elsewhere but I keep coming back to 20i for the following reasons:

Their service is absolutely outstanding. Response is usually within 5-10 minutes and everyone is very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much, so definitely 5/5 for me.

Admin panel / dashboard: some people view the fact that 20i have their own custom dashboard as a downside (in case you ever want to move away then you can't just migrate everything to another host whereas with cpanel you can). But as a web designer with moderate server experience I find the admin area is intuitive and offers many features other hosts don't have. I certainly find it less stressful to change settings on 20i than on any cPanel host but if you're a techie then I suppose this is not relevant. It's also great to have your domain renewals and hosting in one place. It can be a bit slow from time to time though. 5/5

Features: as mentioned before 20i is feature packed, I love the email migration tool so I can migrate the emails for new clients to the new hosting platform with no issues at all. Built in CDN also very useful. Also little things like the presets for DNS settings etc. 5/5

Website speeds: these seem to vary a bit. Overall they are pretty good but not lightning fast. I have moved all my websites from various servers to 20i and some of them are definitely slower on 20i (the other host was 2 Cores / 2GB RAM per cpanel account with litespeed caching). Some days a site hosted with 20i seems slow and then a few hours later it's fast again - the downside of shared hosting I suppose. So this is 3/5 for me.

Value for money: overall it's ok but the basic package was downgraded to 50 accounts (surely this is not even legal?!?!?). Also timeline backups are charged extra where I would expect this as standard when paying £40p/m.

Reliability: uptime is great and emails are always working and delivery rate is superb. This is where I have had a lot of issues with other hosts: client's emails not sending or receiving - this can be an absolute nightmare as it takes forever to sort out, a headache I can do without. It also doesn't make me look very good... 5/5

Overall: You can get faster reseller for less money elsewhere but overall 20i wins it for me. The features they have save me the money back in no time and reliability means I have happy clients. I'd be even happier if the reseller hosting speed was increased to match other hosts. Apart from that - well done 20i :-)

My main website was damaged by a wordpress update. The fonts and general styling wasn't right and it looked awful.

I used the 'live chat' and someone called Louie R asked what the issue was. I told hem and they set about restoring the site.

This whole thing took very little time and the end result was perfect.

Absolutely fantastic service. Today Rahul helped a technophobe sort out a problem and Joshua has just emailed to confirm everything has been actioned. Couldn't ask for more would definitely recommend this company.

Rahul R. is the best Technician he was kind friendly and helpful. After the iBrave shutdown. He helped me sort out my issue showed me how to migrate to another reseller and aved me time and money I was having trying to bypass an Auth platform issue.

I've been looking for a platform that works for me personally, that integrates all the vital parts of website development.

The Domain settings, the cloud and hosting packages, the scalability, you name it, its there and it functions well, easy to navigate, overall pleasant experience.

Like I said to the live chat, upgrade those SSD's ASAP and you will have me as a loyal customer for many years to come.

One of the best things about 20i is the support. Always quick and very helpful. Even when I had a melt down moment with what seemed to be a disaster, Louie R kept his cool and got us back up and running with one website that had a weird issue. There is of course the value of the services I pay for, but sometimes, and certainly when things go wrong, support is priceless. Cheers 20i, for being there when needed.
