I've been with 20i for a little over 2/3 years now and I must say, out of all the previous web hosting companies I've used in the past, 20i are the absolute BEST with support and I've worked in IT for a long time.

Nothing is ever too much of a bother and nearly every interaction I've had with them, they've gone over & above. Their WordPress knowledge is extremely helpful to have and they aren't afraid to get stuck in with me to help resolve my clients website issues, even if it's not really their responsibility.

A special shout out for today's help from Marc B who was extremely attentive and helpful, which prompted me to write this review today. - You're a credit to your team and company.

Their support really do give you a good sense of value for money.

Having been a reseller since 2018 with 20i.com, I cannot fault them one bit.

An amazing company offering (in my opinion) THE best hosting platform in the UK, with a support desk to match.

Migrating my reseller account to 20i proved to be far more challenging than anticipated, primarily due to the obstacles created by my previous host. The 20i support team showed incredible patience and did their utmost to assist, despite being limited in what they could do without access to the other provider. However, one support member, Louie R, stood out by going above and beyond to help me find a solution. Just when I was on the verge of giving up, Louie’s persistence and dedication turned things around. All I can say is that the support at 20i is absolutely outstanding

20i service, support and information is fantastic. We have been using them for over 6 years without issue and can see why they are leaders in their field. I would especially like to thank Louie R in their support department who has been very helpful recently with some migrations we needed to do. Keep up the good work

The support is great with 20i, the issue I had a was a little complex and Louie R, helped me throughout, going out of his way to help with things I wasn't sure of myself. It was all sorted very quickly and efficiently. 5* and highly recommend for website developers who require the extra support!

I can't praise Jake E and the 20i.com support team enough! I had an issue with a redirect not working correctly to a specific page, and after spending far too much time troubleshooting on my own, I reached out to their support team.

Jake quickly identified the problem: the spaces in my URL were being read as "%20." Once he explained this and I updated the URL without spaces, the redirect worked perfectly.

Not only was Jake incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also patient, professional, and efficient. The entire experience reinforced why 20i.com is my go-to hosting provider. Their support team is simply the best in the business.

I've been a reseller customer for a while now with 20i, the support has always been fantastic and quick. But one of my biggest issues yet out of hours and for a large customer with a huge financial income. Huge appreciation to Peter H who was on hand to help there and then and carry out the necessarily fixes whilst on live chat. Would highly recommend 20i.
