The tools 20i provide are beyond any other providers Ive ever used.
Also the support team are second to none, outstanding service every time, they really think in, out and around the box to get results.

I wanted to change my plan, and the person on support helped me a lot, understood my situation and advised the best plan according to my need.

After having my domain name with the same company for over 15 years and the price rising all the time, I decided to transfer it to 20i.
I don't have a Web site but have 2 email addresses that use the domain name and 20i let me transfer the domain name and then offered free email hosting.
I was told that with free email hosting there would be only minimal support offered. But with 20i you don't pay for the domain transfer for the first month, so I thought I would give it a go.
I set up my email addresses and also email forwarding and not really knowing what I was doing, I kept having problems. But I must thank 20i customer support, because each time I contacted them, they came straight back with answers to my questions.
My emails are now set up correctly and I would recommend 20i to anybody.

I was having some issues updating to the latest version of WordPress from an older one.
I logged a support ticket and Louie replied.
He was very helpful and patient in guiding me through this situation. I had a few other issues along the way and he was always courteous and always went the extra mile.

When a company makes it difficult for you to cancel you know you're in trouble.
Can you remove your payment method? What do you think?
Signed up to the reseller to see what it was about and I still prefer my self-hosted WHM. Tried to cancel and had to raise a support ticket. Gave my reasons for cancelling and got another email telling me to give my reasons for cancelling so they can cancel it.
I kid you not!
The response was quick when I challenged them which is why this is two stars not one. So kudos to Connor from customer support for the prompt responses.

The experience has put me off using 20i. They need to make it easier for people to choose to leave or stay.

Had a great experience moving my hosting across to 20i. I had been a customer of Heart Internet for the past 10 years, but with a massive decline in service and features I decided it was time to move.

Great work in answering all of my questions about my new hosting platform and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in.
