20i is by far the best hosting provider i've used. When we were looking for a partner to use for our reseller business, we researched a number of options. We didn't want to use a provider that already offered various hosting products. 20i are specialists in reseller hosting. 20i made my web hosting service switch so easy. The transfer only took a few minutes. I've only had two issues since then and both times customer support resolved my issue immediately with a friendly attitude. Today, Marc B. made the fix within minutes and stayed on the chat to answer yet another question I'd had in the back of my mind. 20i has earned my loyalty.

I can’t recommend the team at 20i highly enough. It truly is a team effort—whenever support is needed, they’re responsive, proactive, and consistently go above and beyond. Not once have they said, “that’s not part of the service.” On top of that, the cPanel system is exceptionally well designed—intuitive, efficient, and a pleasure to use. I dont have much to say here. They are great at what they do. Their shared hosting is good value for money (no it doesn't compete with a VPS.... why would it??? ) and their VPS are a pretty good offering also.

We have been a client for since they started and will continue to be so. They went through a mildly annoying patch a couple of years ago (maybe 4, I am old). But was short lived and I couldn't be happier we stuck with them.

Sometimes support doesn't seem to read tickets fully, so the responses are a little whack. BUT they do get it sorted and generally go above and beyond. What more can you ask for.

I would recommend them...... not to my clients as we are a reseller hahahah BUT to any budding resellers out there, you could do a LOT worse and you really can't do much better than to go for 20i!

I was recently tasked with moving an antiquated Joomla website to my hosting account on 20i. As an agency developing exclusively with the WordPress platform, this was a daunting task. Taken some time to leave a review here, but there will be more to come. I wat to big up Tazul for his support as I am half way through migrating my customers and he has been fab today in diagnosing an issue to resolution. With so many migrations it is hard to remember all the settings during this move. He helped me from chasing my tail with some mailbox moves and why gmail wasn't being successfully delivered.

The support so far in migration has been impeccable. Keep it up 20i Team. This is core to delivering a top notch service. Very impressed so far. :)
