I recently discovered that one of my domain names had been sold without my knowledge. I was understandably very upset as this was affecting my visibility online. However Marc in customer support was incredibly helpful and just over a week later I have now regained control of my domain.

Excellent tech support. Just switched to 20i and had a few technical issues I needed help with. The service was really good - very quick; clear to understand; helpful; and courteous. Very impressed indeed. And yes, they helped me fix all my issues perfectly, so big thanks to Connor, Callum B, Arron H, Nathan N and Jake E.

Had issues getting things going but after some time we got to what hopes to be a stable solution.

I've been a customer for around five years and the service and support has always been excellent. Just moved a client to them due to terrible service elsewhere and again, the support was great. The live chat gets to a real person quickly and Jake who helped me with some advice around emails was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I'd say that the service is getting better over time, so different to other hosting companies that I've worked with.

I encountered an unusual DNS issue moving a website between 2 different 20i hosting platforms owned by different people. On opening a Live Chat Cory quickly explained the issue and following his steps we resolved the issue. Arron followed up and resolved a secondary issue with the site files not displaying. 20i support is the best around. I've used most of their competitors along the way but no support matches 20i, well done!

The most helpful and patient customer service!

I needed to transfer my hosting and they help with the correct package and even placed it in my basket and had to re-plan my package as I needed a certain plain for the GB I help on my website. Very great full for the chat help and this was in the evening! Great customer service highly recommend

I would strongly advise against purchasing hosting from 20i.com. After making a payment, they requested that I send two forms of identification, including my passport and driver’s license. In today’s world, with all the hacking and privacy concerns, I absolutely refuse to send such personal information. It’s unacceptable to be asked for sensitive identification like that. I won’t be proceeding with them.

20i are all about fast servers and excellent service. I have been with them for about 18 months now for my website sciencereader.com, and the experience has been extremely good. They are simply a very reliable host with excellent managed hosting. Their control panel is intuitive and unique. Everything is cloud-based here, scaling up your server is done in seconds with click and pay. I have had some issues with my Wordpress site, and they are always friendly, respectful and helpful. I am so thankful I found 20i for my website.
