Been with 20i for a few years and I can not fault them. The tech support is the best out there with fast resolutions to any issues.

Features are too many to mention but if you want fast servers, the best tech support and and a vast platform choice then 20i is for you.

I've used many website hosts, but this one is exceptional. Having been with them for over a year, their service is outstanding. I use their managed service, and they promptly address and resolve any issues I encounter, which, I admit, are often my own doing. Fast server hosting is great, but reliable support in times of trouble is what truly matters. They've earned all my praise because they've saved me a considerable amount of money. My heartfelt thanks to them.

This is not simple nor easy to navigate. One needs a doctorate just navigate through. A severe overhaul is desperately needed.

I simply wanted a MediaWiki site. Simple? Right? No. The MediaWiki is still using version 1.3.x and the PHP is an old version, so it wouldn't run.

I also wanted to have access to SSH and update with sudo, so I could update MediaWiki and PHP myself. Clearly this is too much to ask.

20i have contacted me and have fixed or are in the process of fixing issues I faced. It was nice for them to reach out.

My journey starting with 20i had a bumpy start when creating a new customer account. However, this issue was quickly resolved by the manager Chris, who provided me with one-on-one support throughout the day. He explained detailed information about the company, their infrastructure, and the opportunities they offer. He addressed and dispelled any doubts I had, and I was convinced. Now, I am a 20i.com customer! I especially thank Chris for his support, the information he provided, and his help in resolving my issue. I hope to continue working with 20i for many years to come. Recently migrated over to 20i. So far the support has been excellent. Special shout out to support technicians Connor, Marc B, Louie R, Ryan G and Shanahan.

I have used 20i for several years following the degradation of a competitor.

We have in the region of 180 websites hosted with them over a range of systems and accounts and always receive timely / solid support regardless of the issue.

Just today Louie R from 20i support helped us with a situation on a VPS which was hindering us launching a site. 20i clearly recognise that an issue their end reflects on us as the developers / agencies and this is clear from timely and frankly outstanding support the consistently deliver.

Amendment to the original review, once again above and beyond. Recently, there was a security certificate issue affecting one of our client's websites and Peter H swooped in and saved the day.

20i are a fantastic company to work with. I have had a reseller subscription with them for around a year and have slowly been moving websites to them from another hosting company. I have just under 30 websites with them at the moment but have nearly 100 more to migrate! I currently pay £39 per month for up to 50 websites but I have the option to upgrade to 500 websites for just £69 per month which is far greater value than what I’ve been paying previously. Thank you to the tech team for all the help so far.

I had been stuck in a two-day crisis trying to resolve an issue with my form page, going back and forth between JotForm and 20i.com, with no success. Then Louie R stepped in and truly went above and beyond! He patiently worked with me, digging deep to uncover the anomaly that was causing the problem. I was over the moon when Louie made the final adjustments, restoring my form page and saving the day. Thanks to his expertise, my client's services were back on track, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a number of sites hosted with 20i, as well as domains registered without hosting. The management portal is very easy to understand and adaptable to my needs. Better then that though, is that their customer service team is quick to respond and always helpful and friendly. Most recently I've been speaking to Louie R, who solved my request and was very thorough in ensuring that I knew what was the expected outcome of the change I'd requested. All in all, very happy.

I got off to a rocky start with them but after talking to Chris I can clearly see why their reviews are so high. I think I've found a place that is going to work for my hosting business.
