Im 48 years old, ive been using various hosting companies for 25 years and one thing i always found was they seemed pretty good at first but after a year or so they would start to go down hill, whether that be websites issues, a decline in support or performance etc.

Ive been with 20i for a few years now and i can honestly say they are the best hosting provider by far i have ever used, its a breath of fresh air to feel fully supported when anything goes wrong or i need help.

Whoever runs this hosting company at the top are clearly running a tight ship so i commend you. Keep up the good work!

We're very happy with 20i, we've been using them for many years now. There are occasional problems like with all hosts, but overall the service is smooth. 20i's support sets them apart though - they're very quick to respond and are usually able to resolve problems quickly. In a recent support request, the support team (Cory S and William F in particular) went above and beyond to help our client with an email delivery problem (a problem, I should add, that was not caused by 20i). Thanks!

I had a very technical issue to solve and the 20i support team patiently stayed with me over the course of a week to get it resolved – no long waits for a ticket response – sometimes instantly. 1st class service – excellent work, Team 20i!

We’ve been with 20i since 2017 and have always found them to be responsive, patient and incredibly helpful. I had a support ticket resolved this morning by Marc B who handled everything perfectly and with such a friendly, upbeat attitude. Incredible value. Decent uptime. Customer service is a dream. All other hosting companies make me negotiate with a person who has less technical knowledge than I do to get them to send an email on my behalf to the person who can fix something. With 20i, you get to email from the start, saving me time, and the person who responds is very knowledgeable. It's perfect and awesome. Getting used to their dynamic backed is a huge learning curves and a lot of apps, and even htaccess files, need to be adjusted/reprogrammed to work in this environment. Not for the faint of heart. But this setup is the future, so hop on.

The entire team at 20i has been incredible to work with. It's been a while since I have been in the 'web world' but since chemotherapy has taken such a toll on me, I needed to do something from home. 20i is my hopeful answer, and anything I need - they respond to super quickly and friendly. I am looking forward to a long term relationship with them. And perhaps if they ever hire workers from home in the US, maybe they can hire me! They're simply absolutely wonderful!

20i support have been a breath of fresh air!

After coming from SquareSpace for my domain name registration (having been forced to them from Google Domains, when Google sold out) I've gone from having to wait 30 minutes+ to get a LIVE chat answered, and then be fobbed off EVERY time to 20i.

I've moved all of my domains to 20i, and whilst they're having to fix things that Square Space left a mess at the registrar level, they have been amazing.

Firstly, EVERY time I choose the live chat option, I am connected to someone instantly! Secondly I'm a senior technical guy, and I largely understand my stuff in terms of DNS, and it's so refreshing to be able to talk the detailed technical stuff with these guys, and they understand what I'm talking about. I can have a conversation where we're actually working through the troubleshooting together, not me having to waste time to prove that the problem is something that I need them to fix as I would with pretty much every other provider I've worked with.

William F has been amazing on the support ticket tonight, he could have settled with DNS propagation can take longer at times, but instead listened to what I was saying about DNSSEC not looking right, and it looking like there's DS records that have been left over by Square Space. He spoke with his colleagues to find out what he could do about them, got them removed and instantly my domain propagation completed.

I rarely have such consistently positive experiences with companies that I feel I need to leave a review somewhere, but here's to hoping that whatever 20i are feeding their staff, they don't stop doing it.

Their support team are always really helpful. No long waiting times for replies to live chats or tickets, and it’s always nice and easy to get through to someone. As for the hosting itself, I’ve had no problems at all and I love all the white label features that are available included in the price. The discount on domain names for resellers is also a great bonus.

Their customer service response time is probably the fastest of any provider I use. An automated message almost instantly confirms your request has been received. Then usually within minutes, a member of their tech support team gets in touch and gets to work on resolving the problem.
