Been with these guys for just over a year! Not had any issues until tonight! Website went down and I panicked! Made contact through chat support and everything was resolved within 5 minutes IMPRESSED! They have been so reassuring in support. Always answered my questions within a quick time!

Total disaster buying a domain and hosting from here have 2 sites with them neither is working,, I bought 1 domain 10th Feb and tried to get wordpress working on it and customer service are struggling to reset the site.

On top of this I have another site fully functioning and working and now since they are trying to fix the first domain issue this has impacted this working site.

The clients for both this sites are angry and I can not understand why both sites would be down when I said there was an issue with one of them.

I would strongly suggest to think twice bringing clients here for hosting as this looks so unprofessional from my side and makes me look stupid.

20i support resolved a tricky issue with Elementor updates, saving me countless hours of manual work. Competant, conscientious and quick.

I don’t usually get this excited about web hosting, but 20i deserves a fan club. The platform is fast, reliable, and makes my websites feel like they’ve had a triple shot of espresso.

Been working with 20i for years. What can I say? Legends! I'm not one to raise tickets, but when I do I'm truly stumped! Just had solid support on senders DMARC rejection on forwarding, and they went above and beyond, Cory even went researching themselves! Got a plan of action now, thanks!

I've used 20i for a number of years now as a reseller, their support staff are always there to help and replies are quick. The system is very robust, easy to use and packed full of features. I would recommend 20i for any serious agency reselling hosting to their clients.

20i’s customer support is truly outstanding. This is the kind of service you’d normally expect from a bank or insurance company, not a web hosting provider. I doubt many large hosting companies can match this level of responsiveness and expertise.

Technically, the platform stands out clearly compared to traditional cPanel or Plesk-based hosting:

1. Websites are not tied to a single server. Unlike typical cPanel setups where all sites live on one machine, 20i runs on a distributed cluster, making traditional LVE limits largely irrelevant.

2. A built-in CDN is included. Content is usually served from the nearest edge location, improving performance while reducing load on origin servers.

3. Managed WordPress hosting includes a dedicated plugin that allows CDN caching to be controlled directly from the WordPress dashboard.

There are many other strong features, but to keep this review brief, I’ll skip those.

The only real limitation I’ve noticed is that HostShop (their WHMCS alternative) does not yet support one-click upgrades. Aside from this issue, 20i’s reseller hosting platform is powerful and well-designed in almost every aspect.

We recently migrated several client sites to 20i, including Ruby on Rails, Laravel, WordPress and WooCommerce. Some of these systems are technically demanding, and the experience has been very positive.

The 20i platform is solid, but what really stands out is the support. From first-line through to senior engineers, everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, pragmatic, and genuinely helpful. There’s no default assumption that “it must be the website” — when issues arose, they were approached sensibly and collaboratively.
As with any migration there were a few technical edge cases, but these were handled calmly, clearly, and without any finger-pointing. Cloud services were easy to spin up and worked exactly as expected across Reseller, VPS and Managed Cloud setups.
A hosting company that understands real-world agency use cases and provides actionable support when it matters. Happy to recommend.

I tried out the reseller hosting and found the customer service and the whole platform amazing. The customer service especially was some of the best i've encountered from any company in the last 12 months.
Not quite what I needed for now but will be back and would 100% recommend. Sam T especially helpful.

I am a long-term client who has been with 20i for many years. I am extremely pleased with their service. Despite occasional automated responses, the team is always committed to helping you, no matter how complex the issue.

I refuse to move from these guys...yes you can get better prices for *similar* hosting - however, 20i's server setup is IMO, the best setup you could possible have. Read about it, you'll see! Anyways, I recently had to migrate a site from Krystal to 20i... a site 30..5-55gb in total with emails, database etc...

Practically IMPOSSIBLE on a home connection with 10/1 speeds. I attempted the migration tool but Krystal blocked it, and hence it had to be done manually.

These guys, granted, it took a day or so (it was never a five minute job) worked day and night to get this website moved to their platform. I would personally like to thank the following people:

(Joshua A, Peter H, Jake E, Alexis R, Sam T, Nova B and Alex S - who all assisted me during the migration. You guys are amazing, and I definitely think you deserve some recognition. Should I have had the internet speeds; I would have been able to complete this myself, and so with that I know that this is NOT an easy job. No downtime, nothing. And customer service replies are within ten minutes generally?

Honestly if you are looking for a hosting company, 20i are the way forward. I've tried them all. Ones at £20 a month, ones at £30, but always came back to 20i due to their support.

Having moved to 20i this year after bad experiences with other hosting companies, both large and small, the support has been consistently outstanding. Most recently after becoming aware that DKIM was not working correctly on one domain, despite the settings all testing as correct, I raised a non-urgent ticket in the evening and it was still cheerfully resolved before midnight.

Absolutely phenomenal web hosting service and support from 20i.

We've been using them to support some core projects for the past 12 months or so, and the service is just fantastic. Any issues (usually user error) has been quickly resolved, and they prove themselves to be incredibly knowledgeable time after time.

For example, today, I'd setup a server to support a new project and was having trouble getting the frontend to resolve. After a quick chat with Louie R. (after literally 30 seconds of looking for support), the issue was found and resolved. All in all, the support ticket lasted less than 5 minutes.
