Brilliant!

It was my first order
It was my first order. It was faulty, even though I used 123 print design. I spoke with Chrissy and was told that I had to return it on my own expense in order to get a refund. Finding it unacceptable and not agreeing, she then said she will get back to me withe a better solution.
Following up to find out what was the solution, I was told by email by Dawn, they will do my order again accordingly and sen by post.
Had to crop the labels one by one in order to send my pieces to my customers. So far nothing turned up by post, and no response for my emails. Not a good experience for a 1st order.

The cards I ordered were great and good …
The cards I ordered were great and good value, however I paid for express delivery and the cards arrived 10days after they should have!
I called to chase the delivery and was told there had been an issue with the courier but my order was out for delivery that day. It still took another 3 days beyond that post to arrive.
So the cards are great, but the delivery isn't!

We apologise for the problem you had with our courier company. we did have an issue with them where none of our orders which had been dispatched were tracking on their systems due to a computer error at their end. It took them a few days to resolve this and get parcels which were stuck at the depots moving again. Unfortunately it took a few days for them to highlight the issue to us and it left us some upset customers. I have made sure that your express charge has been refunded for you.

I thought the ease of using the website …
I thought the ease of using the website was great but the end product was very poor. They looked incredibly home made and I have not let our Account Manager hand them out to clients as they look like something I could of printed off myself. I know the price was very low but I guess you get what you pay for. A shame as the website was great but the product was not good enough to be used.

We also offer a free sample pack so you are able to see the quality of the various board weights before placing any orders with us.
