Unfortunately, we were unable to complete delivery due to access limitations at the address provided. The order consisted of a large quantity of tiles, and the delivery location had restricted access that could not safely accommodate the required vehicle and unloading process.

We always aim to communicate any delivery constraints in advance and ensure orders arrive safely and efficiently. In situations like this, access requirements are essential to prevent damage to goods, property, or risk to our drivers.

Hi Saranjit, our customer support team are currently dealing with a high volume of enquiries at the moment which is why their response times are slower than normal. I do apologise for this, they are trying to get back to everyone as quickly as possible.

If you decide not to have auto-renew switched on and opt to make manual payments instead, then once your plan has expired, you just need to log into your dashboard and select the "renew plan" option to make a payment. We give you a 12 hour grace period between 12am-12pm where your plan will stay live in order for you to make the payment
