Consistently good supplier

JJ Roofing/Sterlingbuild has given consistently excellent service during my self-build project. Expert knowledge and advice, competitive pricing and great customer service. The team has gone the extra mile when sourcing tricky products or dealing with supply chain issues. Helen Walsh (E Commerce Customer Service Rep) deserves especial praise for her determination to replace a faulty product with minimum disruption to the build schedule: resolved through her clear communication, enthusiastic customer focus and professionalism - bravo, and thanks!

Overcharged on card authentication…Refunded (faith restored)

I purchased a 3 day return trip to France at the quoted price of £67.50. Launching the booking via the offer hyperlink, the cost leaped to £129.00, without warning, as the payment authentication process completed. Cancelling the journey would have resulted in forfeiture of payment due to the shortage of time between booking and the intended sailing. Happily, Ferrysavers agreed to refund the difference within 24 hours - a great display of pragmatism, for which I commend them. Representatives undertook to investigate and remedy technical glitches as part of the follow-up. Faith restored - thanks.

The prices are demand driven and prices can increase however if they do this will be clearly shown on the screens before you make the payment.
