Was given a day when my delivery was coming and told I would get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. No call no delivery. Waisted day wai6. Contacted Doncaster branch the next day to be told running late so didn't get delivered . I asked why he didn't contact me beforehand to let me know. He said they were short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM, they guy said if I had a complaint to contact head office so I did who did manage to get something sorted. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE in branch.

The whole holiday exceeded expectaions.
The local restaurants are very good value for money.
We used Google maps for public transport
When you type in where you want go then click on directions choose the bus and it will tell you what number bus / trams and the times. Very good.

James the manager was extremely helpful in sorting out very short notice (2days) flights to the Philippines.

Just purchased a new half glass door was quoted £160 + vat so we said we would think about it, the guy gave us a brochure with the door and the name of the company that made it. So you guessed it we looked on the net and found them and dealing direct we had it delivered so I did not have to transport it myself. The door including a small fee for transport only came to £142 outstanding value. We are looking at buy the same one for the kitchen door into the dining room as it will let more light in. I know what your thinking glass, but it is toughened glass so its fine. You should have a look.
