Was given a day when my delivery was coming and told I would get a phone call 30 minutes before delivery. No call no delivery. Waisted day wai6. Contacted Doncaster branch the next day to be told running late so didn't get delivered . I asked why he didn't contact me beforehand to let me know. He said they were short staffed NOT MY PROBLEM, they guy said if I had a complaint to contact head office so I did who did manage to get something sorted. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE in branch.
