Having investigated this matter I can see you were contacted on 28/07 and on 29/07 on the email attached to the order (7s*****@gmail.com) in regard to the delay of the shipment due to stock issues. Furthermore, I can see this review was left on 03.08 while your consignment should have been delivered on 01.08
