After 20 years of carrying their products, they dropped us for not purchasing enough by end of year. Our contract never indicated this would be the case. Minimum buy in price was ridiculous when we requested to be reinstated. No response to any of our appeals. It's ok. We've found a better brand to buy out our remaining product. From my research, it appears that most other popular Rx grade skincare companies are more transparent, interactive, anffordable and contain safer ingredients.
You accidentally lured our medspa out of the harsh chemical skincare era. So, thank you.

I was recommended so skin health balancing cleansing emulsion, hydrating crème and rozatrol. After three weeks of use I developed a rash on my neck and jawline. Hadn’t used the products on my neck specifically but there must have been some movement to the neck area. Stopped using the products and my neck and jawline cleared up. I needed to be certain it was the products that caused the problem so started using them again. Within two days my neck and jawline were again red raw. There is something in these products that cause a real problem. I’ve never had this issue with other high value skin products.

Made my melasma and hyper pigmentation worse never trust this Zo health products again. It was a dermatologist that recommended them

Dåliga produukter, dålig service. Mejlar de om returadress och de svarar inte på frågan utan istället vill de att jag ska ge bort produkterna till en vän eller få 30 procent på priset. Jag bet om retutadress! Är det någon som har returnerat tidigare till de?

Zeer agressief, huid uitgedroogd en nu nog blijvende roodheid.
Huid was veel gezonder en mooier met Environ Skincare, dus keuze is vlug gemaakt

Their Oil Control Pads aren't worth the money anymore. Just opened new package and the wipes are almost dry! And it's the second time in a row which suggests that the product quality isn't as good anymore.

De producten zijn ronduit slecht. De vochtinbrengende crème van maar liefst €133.00 kun je vergelijken met een goedkope handcrème en laat je huid er zwaar en blinkend uitzien. De reinigers drogen uit en laten een trekkend gevoel na.

ZO Skin Health is absoluut een investering, maar wél eentje die het waard is. De producten zijn kostbaar, maar als je goed begeleid wordt en de producten op de juiste manier gebruikt, doen ze precies wat ze beloven. Het is belangrijk om te begrijpen dat één product op zich geen wonderen verricht – het gaat om het juiste stappenplan en de discipline om dit consequent uit te voeren. Dankzij de professionele begeleiding én het consequente gebruik merk ik echt verschil: mijn huid is egaler, stralender en gezonder dan ooit!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:

ZO had a special where if you spend $250 by July 13th you would receive a complimentary gift (products). Where these products are so expensive thought I would take advantage. Since I spent over that amount my check out cart had the products I purchased and the complementary gift. However upon delivery NO GIFT!. I called to see why that was missing and was told that I didn't use code at check out so sorry there was nothing they could do. I requested a supervisor and was told the same thing. I said due to an oversight you still cannot send the gift despite meeting all the requirement s for the free gift they said no, sorry! I'm done these products are too expensive they are not miracle workers I will take my business elsewhere.

Overpriced. Absolutely ripped my skin barrier to bits, took a year for my skin to recover. I was on it for 8 months.

I’ve never been treated this poorly by a luxury skincare brand. My $500 order was lost by FedEx, and ZO Skin Health refused to offer any support, replacement, or even a discount until a long investigation is done. I’m a mother traveling alone with a baby, and they showed no care or urgency. I’m deeply disappointed and switching to SkinCeuticals — their service is far better.

I postponed my subscription order and lo and behold - I get a charge for 100 bucks to my credit card a week later and an email letting me know that my order was on its way. I knew I had placed an order, but I was wondering why I now seeing almost $400 on my credit card bill. When i postponed the order I placed a separate order because I was going to begin using a new product. So it took me a couple of days to realize that they had unpause my subscription. Not a big deal I can get it all sorted out with customer service right?

I really thought Zoe skincare would have great customer service but I forget sometimes that the Doc is not as involved as he used to be.
These people are so freaking out of integrity.

It’s in the small print he told me to describe why I hadn’t seen that. It might take five days to get a two day expedited upsell in two days.

The guy told me that it says in the small print that orders when you pay for two day expedited shipping may take five days. It was my first time, realizing that I had to read the small print in order to trust this company that I thought was trustworthy. So, sadly, now I no longer like them, and I can see that they’re not necessarily as good as skincare product as I thought. I kind of like the vibe of the company but once you don’t like the vibe of the company, you realize the products were just average.

Het liefst geef ik helemaal geen ster want dat verdienen ze niet.
Met veel vertrouwen heb ik een de dure skincare producten van zo skin health gekocht. Helaas heb ik na een week gebruik al eczeem ontwikkeld.
Ik heb nooit eerder last gehad van eczeem op mijn gezicht. Helaas heb ik er 2 maanden over gedaan om mijn huid weer normaal te krijgen en natuurlijk onmiddellijk gestopt met het gebruik vd producten.
Uiteraard wou ik mijn geldt terug en tot mijn verbazing geven ze aan dat ze niks voor me kunnen doen. Van zulke dure producten mag je toch wel een beetje service verwachten? Helaas zit ik met producten die ik niet kan gebruiken en ben ik €600 lichter in mijn portemonnee.
De huidtherapeuten zijn zo goed getraind dat ze je van alles kunnen verkopen. LET OP WAT JE KOOPT. Wat er ook gebeurd je krijgt je GELD nooit meer TERUG.

Three weeks I have been complaining, sending emails and calling because I received a broken cream. On email they respond me, someone will get back to you. Then they send me email “Are you sure you didn’t broke when you opened?!” After that they never respond anything. They teased me that I broke the cream myself?! Like I love to call their customer service and waiting on line?! And when I get someone to talk, they told me they are unable to help.
This is not how customer service should work! As a customer, I do not feel protected or respected by this company. I'm very sorry for that, because that's not how a big company like Zoskinhealth should behave! They charge me and sent a broken cream! I am very disappointed and do not recommend their products and this kind of treatment to costumer!

Had question regarding the directions on how to use a product by a "skincare specialist". They sent an email response today advising to contact a retailer. Really? Why are you guys there then? You clearly are pushing off any inquiries back to someone else. To think that these people are being paid by us purchasing these products is unfortunate. Considering the price you pay for these products it is shameful that they are not willing to provide any customer service. Almost makes you not want to use these products for the sheer carelessness of people willing to help once you do purchase them. They are the experts they claim but they blast your email with products. So useless. Every other company is willing to help with questions and provide recommendations.

Not recommended at all, soo many better skin health products you can get for better price anywhere else, dont waste your money for this company.
