J’ai acheté un produit à un prix très élevé (plus de 130 €), et celui-ci est arrivé avec une altération visible (changement de couleur suspect). Le vendeur en ligne m’indique que cela serait « normal » et que le produit reste utilisable, ce qui est déjà discutable compte tenu du prix et de la nature des soins.
J’ai donc contacté directement SkinCeuticals pour obtenir une explication officielle — aucune réponse à ce jour.
Il est inacceptable de proposer des produits aussi chers sans assurer un service client minimum, surtout en cas de doute sur la qualité ou la stabilité du produit.
Résultat : un produit potentiellement altéré, aucune prise en charge, aucun retour.
Je recommande vivement d’éviter cette marque ainsi que les distributeurs qui ne garantissent pas un suivi sérieux.

I’m disappointed with this website and their misleading promotions. I’ve received promotional codes multiple times, and it very rarely works. It feels like nothing more than clickbait to lure people onto the site.
What made the experience even worse was contacting customer service. The representative I spoke to had no idea about the campaigns they were supposedly running and couldn’t provide any explanation or solution. It was frustrating and a complete waste of time.
At the very least, a reputable company would acknowledge the issue and offer a valid code or some kind of compensation. Instead, there was no accountability and no effort to fix their mistake. Overall, a very poor experience that makes me question their credibility.

My package ended up getting lost. After a long back and forth over email, they refunded my money. All took a month.

I received an email with an offer for samples with a purchase. I thought it would be good to try their products for myself with these samples as I was buying a product for a Christmas present. At the checkout I didn't get the choice to pick samples so I assumed they would be automatically be sent. I didn't receive the samples so I wrote to their customer service and got an email to say samples are only given if they are available (it did not say this in their email). I pointed this out but I kept getting stock answers like sorry for your disappointment but you did not choose samples (although I had pointed out I didn't get given the choice!). Basically they were not interested and would not consider sending samples - after lengthy email exchanges they offered 10% off a purchase if I wanted to buy something! I pointed out I wanted to try the products which was why I had taken up their initial email offer but they were not interested! Bad customer service, no help.

In reference to Skinceuticals Australia online Ive never written a review but i had to go out of my way to warn people. Ordered thier top two products cream and serum. Several hundred dollars. 4 weeks later finally get my order only to find that they have sent me the cheapest entry level serum over one hundred dollars less than the one i paid for. Simple message to support to have my correct serum sent out as it’s their error. But no it’s been a further 3 weeks of not being able to start the skincare routine that I ordered and paid for because they want to conduct an internal investigation as to why they made an error sending me the wrong product. Absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers. The worst customer service i have experienced ever. Wish i had seen the bad reviews beforehand. Completely would not recommend and will not shop with them again. Issue is still unresolved.

The products are expensive and they don’t seem to do anything- worse they stink. The closest smell I can compare it to be beef tallow- no body wants that on their face. Also customer service is a joke
Unexpected burning and darkening after using Triple Lipid Restore
I used a sample of SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore 2:4:2 and experienced strong burning around my eye area, followed by darkening/discoloration of the skin. I believed I was using the product correctly, so this reaction was unexpected and quite worrying.
I have reached out to the company because I think this should be reviewed and the ingredients/safety information re-examined. I’m happy to share photos of the reaction and the product if needed. I hope they respond promptly and take this seriously so other customers don’t experience the same issue.
Poor communication wouldn’t recommend
I purchased the B5 hydrating serum the only email I received was order placed no dispatch or tracking- communication very poor. Moving on to the product I have been using it for 4 weeks and see no difference whatsoever a total waste for £85. Also no samples were included as stated on their website.
Shoddy service and a waste of money
I ordered skinceuticals phloretin CF and one other product. 2 weeks later it had not been delivered. They sent me a link to make contact with the courier, the link did not work and on their own site it stated that the products had never been sent. Rather than faff about I asked them to resend the products, they refused told me I’d have to reorder and wait for a refund. Under no circumstances would I hand over another £160 when they are so disorganised. It took another 3 weeks for the refund to be issued. Poor customer service, disinterested staff and over priced. When I sent this review to their team they refused to publish it. There’s a surprise!

My order (SKDB393179) was never delivered. The company gave fake “logistical anomaly” excuses, provided no proof of delivery, ignored DHL’s failed-delivery notice, and pretended everything was normal.
This behaviour is dishonest and looks like a scam. My bank is now handling the refund.
Avoid this company. Crooks.
Dreadful company
Completely agree with others that customer service with this company is horrendous. Staff are rude, argumentative and disinterested in helping to locate orders. I definitely will not be giving them any more of my money. Avoid.
$480 Lost - Poor Service, Zero Accountability
I placed a $480.19 order on November 12th and paid extra for Xpress Post delivery to ensure arrival before my November 18th departure from Canada.
Despite their website stating 1-2 business day processing, I proactively contacted customer service on BOTH November 12th and 17th to warn them: the delivery address was an Airbnb, I was leaving on the 18th, and any package delivered after that date would be lost.
Their response? "We can't cancel or modify orders once placed." For a company selling $500 creams in 2025, that is just ridiculous.
The package wasn't shipped until November 19th - SEVEN days after my order. It was left outside the vacant Airbnb with no signature required for a $480+ order.
When I filed a claim, SkinCeuticals provided Canada Post tracking showing "delivered" - no photo proof, no signature, just a status. The Airbnb owner confirmed no package was there.
I did everything right. They ignored multiple warnings and shipped knowing I wouldn't receive it.
Even PayPal sided with them because there's a tracking number - despite the fact I never received $480 worth of products.
If you're ordering from SkinCeuticals Canada:
- Don't trust their processing times
- Don't expect any flexibility or customer service
- Know that "delivered" to an empty porch counts as their job done
Would not recommend. Zero stars if I could.

I’m genuinely shocked by how poorly this brand treats its customers. I placed an order based on an advertised offer that was not honoured, and the explanation I received was simply that it was a “technical issue.”
Regardless of the excuse, the outcome is the same: the promotion they advertised was not delivered. From a consumer perspective, this does not align with what was promised and raises serious concerns about the brand’s reliability and compliance with advertising standards.
What makes it worse is the communication. For a company positioning itself as a premium brand, the customer service was far below expectations — dismissive, unhelpful, and entirely lacking accountability.
This experience has completely eroded my trust. I will not be using the website again, and I want others to be aware of what they may encounter before making a purchase.

Contattata sia telefonicamente, sia per e-mail. Hanno ammesso di aver sbagliato ma non intendono rimediare inviando i 3 prodotti promessi né adesso, né con il prossimo ordine (che non ci sarà mai). Ho acquistato da loro solo perché con gli omaggi era più conveniente, altrimenti avrei comprato da farmacie on line.

I love C E Ferulic and A.G.E. Interrupter Ultra Serum. I have been using these 2 products for the last month and my skin has changed dramatically for the better. I can honestly say that this is the best product I have ever used and I have tried a lot of products. I purchased them in Toronto, Ontario through a clinic.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. They sent my order to the wrong address and told me I would need to contact UPS to get it re-routed. UPS needs information from the sender in order to return to sender. I will never give another dime to that company and strongly encourage everyone else to stay away

I agree with the other reviews — poor customer service and confusing, cryptic communication. They prompt you to sign up for their newsletter with the promise of a promo code that never arrives. Too bad for them, because I enjoy spending money on quality products — but they’ve lost a good customer due to their lack of transparency and shady business practices.
