Art was submitted on the 16th
Art was submitted on the 16th. I reached out to ask where the proof was and I was told its still in production. Proofs should not take 2 weeks to get.
I understand Christmas slowed things down but 2 weeks is unacceptable. I can see 1 week with the holiday.
Additionally on other current jobs, you have lost the art we uploaded on one order, and on another shorted us by 1000s.
It might be time to switch vendors if this is the kind of service we are getting.
