Being in business going on 56 years and dealing with Zoo Printing for so many years says it all.
Zoo Printing has NEVER disappointed us on any job and when there is a problem, they correct it immediately. Their customer service is exemplary and dealing with Zoo Printing and Patty Nelson is the most caring and considerate person that they have working for them. She always goes the extra mile and treats us as though we are her only customer.
I cannot say enough about Patty and everyone else that is on the other side of the telephone.
If you have never dealt with ZOO, give them a try since you will NOT be disappointed.

My original order was put on hold even…
My original order was put on hold even tho I didn't put it on hold & no one told me until I asked why it was late. Then I spoke to someone who said they'd get it processed that day, but they were wrong. Now they are asking for my file again saying my file size is not correct. But it's the correct width and height. I had to get these printed somewhere else since Zoo printing was taking much longer than agreed to. I would like a refund!
