Good prices and great customer service. I have been using Zoo for many years. They have proved to me that they are great printers, and the customer service has always been phenomenal. I highly recommend.

I called in with a question about a big order and was informed I could get a better price due to quantity if I went through estimating. I did that and got a great price on a large order that was kind of a rush, too. Zoo did not disappoint!

Very easy to use efficient website especially considering how many services theyoffer. You can see your pricing before you click pay, so you know right what your are getting. And if you have a question in the process of selecting, there is always a knowledgeable human, who is patient, answering your call.

First of all, this is geared toward graphics professionals. If you don't know what you are doing, than that is a minus. But the most important thing is stability. Have consistent templates that work. The thing I would improve is the proofs, I haven done one in a while, but if you are making a trifold you really need to see where the fold lines are going to be. I send a pdf to cust service /pre-press before hand to check it out now. Also, If you have a time constraint you need to call and make sure your job will run near you and not across the country,

You stand behind your products and deliver quickly. I have always happy with the final results! A knowledgeable person on the phone suggested AQ coating for a customer that had been ordering longer turn around uncoated stock so cards could be written on....I ordered a short run of 250 with AQ coating and my customer loved them.

On Thursday, Edith told me my print job was on schedule to be completed that day. Near the end of the day, the job still did not have tracking information. She promised to email that information to me to confirm that it would ship on Thursday and arrive on Friday. It is now Friday and the job finally has a tracking number, but it says that it shipped TODAY and the tracking number is showing invalid from UPS. Now, my client will not get their job in time to mail it out to their customers on schedule. This makes me look bad.

The only issue we had was when some of their machinery broke down. My order was been sent to their ware house out of the area and and the orders where taken too long and I wasn't notified ahead of time
