Delayed turn around
The job was originally 2-3 days. Then it was 4-5 days. When it was pushed to 7-8 days, I had to pull it because the customer needed it sooner.

Deadline missed
I ordered a stand up banner and cards on the same day, 30 minutes apart. Both were given a 3-4 day turn around time. I received the banner today and the cards were competed and shipped today. Because the Zoo staff waited a week to process my order I will now have to pivot to a local printer to get the product that I need for an event I am leaving for Monday. I will end up paying more than double to get the reprint. This is so disappointing to be at the mercy of people that didn't respect the timeline.

Printing and service was good.
Printing and service was good. Unfortunately the pole pocket welded into the top has substantial wrinkles on one end so the entire piece looks wonky.

Just right once again
Just right once again. I designed a couple banners. They came just as I had imagined them. Good price, good speed. Zoo printing offers exceptional value but with great quality. I'm rarely disappointed, and if there is a problem it is always remedied.

You never update your website with production, why offer it when you never pull through and complete the orders, have order in there and had barely moved and lord know I will never get a tracking, not sure why I even use your company.

Product is great
Product is great. Website is easy as 1 2 3 ... staff very friendly. Been using you for about 15 years and only had maybe 2 problems in which it was handled rapidly..prices are very fair and affordable
