Fantastic customer service

I made contact with the customer service team before buying a product and after. Both times their responses were quick, detailed and gave me lots of information/suggestions. Really, really impressed with this brand and it has encouraged me to buy more from them

I ordered polarised goggles from zone3…

I ordered polarised goggles from zone3 and after one sea swim the coating started to come off. I contacted Zone3 and Adam was excellent. A new pair are being sent out. Efficient, organised and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Felt like a valued customer, not just a renter

I hired a wetsuit from Zone3 that developed a small hole. I let them know and they immediately sent a replacement – even before I returned the original – so I wouldn’t miss any training.

Sam kept me updated every step of the way. I was treated like a full customer, not just a rental. Fantastic service – highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from Sam. Worked way beyond to sorting out sizing and dispatching a suit for me to arrive in time. I would highly recommend Zone 3 not only for their great products but for their amazing staff too.

Excellent service and very helpful advice

Zone3 provided excellent service to me at my previous encounters. I purchased multiple of their products, from a wetsuit to swimming and triathlon equipment.
When I reached out with questions, they were quick to reply, very friendly and helpful, as well as flexible and resolved problems I had.
This is absolute commendable service, and I can highly recommend Zone3.

Excellent service and Customer Care

Zone 3 were really very helpful with my query. I had difficulty returning online and when I emailed the help centre, Adam emailed me very promptly helping to sort my difficulty. He exchanged several emails with me to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Zone 3 and particularly Adam who helped me were most efficient, friendly and effective. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Very fast to dispatch original wetsuit which was too big.
Left an email and was later called by the team (Sam) to discuss exchange options.
Return was easy and I am now awaiting the replacement which was dispatched the same. Day.
Excellent service so far. Thank you Zone3. Highly recommend!

Customer service is 10/10

Customer service is 10/10. Anytime I have used the contact us page on their website, they respond the same day. I have been using zone 3 wetsuits and buoyancy toggs for about 10 years while training for triathlons. They make great products and I will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent Telehone Support on Wetsuit Fitting

Excellent support from Adam on the fitting of my wetsuit. I ordered online and was unsure if it fit right. Adam rang me back promptly after an online chat, and was really knowledgeable and helpful. He sent me a couple of video links, and requested I sent in some photos and my measurements, which he looked at and got back to me the same day. It was a bit complicated to do via an email or live chat and I really appreciated a call back from a helpful human. Thanks Adam 🙏😊

I had some problems with my wetsuit

I had some problems with my wetsuit. I contacted customer service and the problem was solved very quickly. I sent the suit back and received my money back within a few hours.

Bad experience with Zone3

I've ordered a Zone3 wetsuit. I truly believed I'd ordered it from Decathlon; however, when I went to return the item, I was made aware that I had to deal with Zone3. So, I have been challenging myself to return this item directly to Zone3 because the item is broken, and I have been through a lot to overcome this. Firstly, the customer service did not respond well, so I had to contact Decathlon to help me in this case. Secondly, I felt that corresponding with Zone3 was like playing ping-pong instead of helping me sort out this issue. Thirdly, they lied to customers, saying it's your fault because the item was not used properly, and they created excuses such as the wetsuit was used for cycling, horse riding, motorbike riding, or jumping, etc.

To be honest, I would not recommend this ZONE3 company! You should be strong enough to fight with them, and in the UK, you can submit a small claim through the government website.

Wetsuit Cord

I was looking for a new cord to replace the frayed one on my Zone 3 wetsuit. I couldn't find any on the website, so emailed Zone 3 customer service. I received a very prompt reply from Sam, who shared a link directly to the replacement cords on the Zone 3 website. I ordered one easily online and it was quickly dispatched. Very helpful and efficient service - Thank You !
