Amazing Customer Service

The neoprene buoyancy shorts have been a great help to my swimming and i was gutted when i had an issue/damage with them. Zone3 customer service was fantastic, they gave a super quick reply and actioned the request. Thank you 🙏

Vapour goggles falling to bits

I could review my purchase, or Zone 3, or the help I was given when there was a problem.
I have long been a wearer of their Vapour goggles, a
nd have recommended them to friends. then the lens came out of one eye, one pair. because they were most probably old, they were assumed to be out of warranty.
but then it happened again, the lens came out, but this time the left, rather than the right eye. I was immediately offered a replacement, whichI accepted. However Zone 3 did not suggest they would take any other steps to find out why it happened twice. That strikes me as a problem with the manufacture, and I hope it doesn’t keep happening.

The person I dealt with, Drasti, was excellent.

Great customer service.

Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service . I was unsure about the fitting/ size . I sent in photos. I got a detailed informative email plus a phone call. Essentially I had the correct size but needed to tweak it a little. Polite, and quick responses.

Seasonal wetsuit rental

I rented a seasonal wetsuit from Zone3 which was really straightforward and good value. Instructions were clear and when I didn't get an automatic update following the return, I received an incredibly prompt follow up by email to resolve and finalise the return. I will be looking to purchase a wetsuit next season and will happily give Zone3 the business in future.

No show items

Ordered a hoody from
Them on 21st September and despite numerous emails I haven’t received it or a refund. Customer service is quick to reply but I am still £45 down after nearly two months. A couple of days after posting this zone3 have now issued me a refund. Still a negative experience

Magic Moment

I wanted to return something to another Company, and I made a mistake and I sent my Item to 3zone. In spitze that the were not obliged to help me, they made Sure that I was informed and poster my 200 Euro Item back to me. That is the kind of service known as the Magic Moment. Thank yor 3Zone. PS . My Titanium Outdoor swimming suit gave me a lot if Joy aswell.

Zone3 customer service is fabulous! I had a query regarding an item I’d purchased and Drasti was brilliant and resolved it within a couple f emails. I’ve bought quite a few items recently for outdoor winter swims and the price point is great for the quality you get. Super quick delivery too.

Zone3 wetsuits work best for me!

Zone3 wetsuits work best for me. Easy on and easy off. I've tried Blueseventy and Roka. I am dedicated to Zone3. I also use their thermal cap and thermal vest. The service is incredibly spectacular. There is always a quick, courteous and competent response.

Very disapointed

Very disapointed, I bought a "NEW"wetsuit from a retailer on Ebay, once id received the item i tried to register it only to find that suits from Ebay are not included within zone3's warranty.
Anyway within 4 months of purchase jun 2, 2025 it failed completely inside leg seem gave way.
I'd already had to glue various upper external seem to stop them from failing but the inside leg failed internally.
Very poor craftmanship in my honest opinion.3
The retailer is ignoring my corrispondences.

Great products which they are at Zone3…

Great products which they are at Zone3 occasionally have some issues. The service Sam at Zone3 has provided to help resolve an issue I have had has been outstanding. Very engaging, helpful and diligent in resolving.

Customer service is impeccable
