I have not received an order purchased 3 weeks ago. I was told this was not in stock and asked for a refund. I was then told an alternative has been dispatched with an untrackable link . I have asked for a refund and still getting no resolution. Very dissapointed with the service

This company is a SCAM!!!

I have NOT received my purchase and the company have refused to refund my money! They insisted that the parcel was “in transit” when it obviously was not. The customer service is basically useless.
DO NOT waste your time and money with them. I’m so angry that they advertise over social media, gifting handbags to influencers but fail to provide the handbag that I paid for with my own money.

Well Surprise, Surprise!! My handbag finally arrived shortly after writing my review. The quality is ok and it looks as advertised.

However, I wouldn’t order anything else from them because customer service seems to be run by an AI called Christine and the sales pitch is untruthful. It’s impossible to speak to a “human” about long postal delays etc.

I haven’t received my item yet

The item looked cheap and tacky when it arrived.
I have been trying to return the item but they have an incorrect email on their website.
So now I can’t get through to them or get my money back.

I have still not received my item, no way of tracking it either or contcting anyone and was unable to use it for the event planned. I still haven’t received it 2 weeks on

I haven't gotten the bag i paid for as at the time of this review...ridiculous..

At the time of receiving this email, I have not received the item.

During check out it said 4-6 days for receiving the product but it took 2 weeks and finally when it arrived it’s the WRONG colour!

Zolano EU promise fast shipping to the EU but it arrived slow to UK 2 weeks. I am okay with the quality of the DIY engraver.

I bought the DIY engraving pen, I am not completely happy with it to be honest and have asked for 1 refund.

We live in France and I am so glad I found Zolano. So many scammy websites sending bad products from China. Zolano has good quality control of all their items and I have received items very quickly.
