Got what we needed, if a little expensive to ship.
Needed Syndol for my wife, and can't get it in the UK currently so ordered here. Used the DSV express shipping which cost a lot, but gave a bit more peace of mind, and the support at Zimseller recommended it for fastest shipping.
Ordered on a weekend (With a bank Holiday following it) and received about 6 working days later. Customs had inspected the package, but all arrived and didn't have any additional fees.

Ordered for first time ov sent 3 messages and email no reply and ordered onn 5th May 7 June now sick of chasing I buy supplements frm abroad this one is a let down no refund or apology stil waiting

I'm surprised at reading the poor reviews. I've been using Zimseller for quite a few years with no issues. Yes they can take 2-3 months to arrive to the UK but my order has always arrived eventually, so I allow plenty of time before I run out. Since the antihistamine Doxylamine Succinate was removed from Syndol in the UK I can order the original or a cheaper generic version from Zimseller. They have 2 or 3 different brands with the same ingredients as the old Syndol and all cheaper.

I truly wish I had read the reviews prior to placing an order for over £180. Order placed in early February, and still nothing. The tracking stalled over a month ago with no data beyond 5-April, despite today being 11-May. M request for a refund due to the poor clarity and delivery was met with a “be patient”. They are very quick to take your payment but no so quick to ensure follow up and customer service. My only advice is to steer well clear!! Do not use them!

Scam tried to message them via the chat but no one ever there . Then I come off the site back to Google and choose another https of southafricanpharmisuticals and get directed to the zimseller chat no website there it definitely not working so we ordered over 3 month ago and nothing no response or delivery someone is clearly making a fortune out of our payments for no products

Ordered Grandpa powders on 26 January and received Gen-Payne today. No answer from them after numerous complaints. I paid more for the grandpa. No refund. Scammers

I have never had a problem with deliveries but their prices are scandalous. They charge close to 6 x the retail selling price of the goods. Their delivery / courier fees are also outrageous - I prefer to get my daughter in South Africa to buy my products and courier them over at a fraction of what Zimseller charge.

Unprofessional and scam

Didn’t deliver the items I have ordered and deducted almost £12

I ordered and paid for Syndol tablets in October last year they were apparently dispatched on the 18.11.22. I still have not received them and when you go onto chatline they don't even reply. Delivery from this company has never been brilliant but recently they are
disgraceful.

I have been told my order is cancelled and I should receive a refund....it doesn't seem to be happening as it has been over a month.

I was in contact with Leonard who said the order was cancelled and it would be done over the weekend the following week I had not received the refund. I was then informed it owed take 10-14 days to reflect which I waited for and still nothing. I contacted Leonard again and just received an email saying my order was cancelled,I then asked Leonard if it had only now been cancelled and if it would take a further 10-14 days....no reply. The time has passed and still no refund
