I’ve ordered Bioplus from Zimseller for years now. The few times there was a mixup with my order (incorrect quantity or product) I’ve had good communication with them and they resolved it politely and efficiently.
Don’t understand where the “scam company” and “crime syndicate” reviews come from. They’re a small company that I’m happy to support.
I’m based in London, and have always received my orders.

Worse company ever con merchants put an order in 12 weeks ago no sign sent emails promised refund got nothing give them a wide berth

Warning! Do not buy from Zimseller online!!! Zimseller is a "New South Africa" Crime syndicate, who prey on people ordering online from abroad. You order and pay, but NEVER receive items ordered. Because South Africa is a Haven for criminals, do not expect Justice against online scammers and thieves. Recently I was called by my bank and made aware of a fraud attempt to book over a large amount from my account. However unsuccessful. It should be noted, this criminal enterprise has garnered the attention of international fraud experts.

It is not their fault that the SA postal service is broken so it can take up to 6 months to receive items or sometimes they never arrive at all, but what they do have control over is their pricing - they are an outright rip-off because they know they have a captive audience in the UK who want medications only available in South Africa. For example 100 Adco-dol will cost R130 (£5.64 at today's exchange rate) in Dischem South Africa (where they buy the products from btw) they sell them - excluding postage - for £34.99 - that is over R800, a huge markup just because they can. Competition is coming.

I ordered pharmaceutical items from this company on 21 August 2024, and sent them £54.91. The goods never arrived. It is now 20 November 2024. I contacted them several times but have received no replies at all. In common with other reviewers, I am forced to conclude that they cannot be trusted, and indeed the whole thing looks like some kind of low-level scam.

Do not buy anymore from these people they scammers I have ordered grandpa from them in August till today I haven't received it I have emailed them many times asking for the refund no response ... horrible people

I placed an order early August 24 and I have not yet received my goods that I paid for. I have made contact with customer services on numerous occasions but they do not respond. I would not recommend you use this pharmacy if you do not want to throw your money away - disappointing!

It takes awhile but products always arrive. The one time it was lost they sent me another package free of charge.

Order not received, sent a replacement order not received and no response from web chat.
Customer service is shockingly low

Complete scam!!!! Ordered in June... Now October. No product and No refund.

A star is too much for their service. I ordered something I didn't get it and after a month I write them to find the product is out of stock. They said is gonna refund me and after 2 months I still didn't get the refund.

I placed an order on the 30 May and I have not yet received my parcel. I have been making follow up and requested refund with no luck. I dont recommend this pharmacy at all.

Wish I could give a zero. Also wish I had read all these tales of woe before I ordered. I ordered some Safyr Bleu eye drops because I am not allergic to them. This was in May. I think I have been well and truly scammed out of £24 and I am usually so careful. Most South African sites are so reliable I didn't even consider a scam at the time

I wish I could give zero coz I don't even want to hear about this name. They got my £141. They don't respond to anything! Scammers, wishes I checked the reviews before ordering

I have ordered from this company for many years and there has been delays before but they usually have responded. I ordered in April and I have still not received a response. I have emailed and sent messages and have not had the courtesy of a response
18/07 i received an email from zimseller claiming that people are now receiving their orders and i should receive my order shortly. It has been 14 weeks now since i ordered. We will see if what they say is true

Like others, I have not received goods, or a reply to my email. Company not listed at companies house.
